Casa ALUEM a newly finished simple and cozy space in Uvita de Osa with boho-chic and zen style. Its high ceilings, windows and bright spaces make this house a true enclave in the tropical forest, combined with the proximity to the Marine National Park Ballena, more than 10 different beaches along the coast, and to the Uvita commercial area with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, attractions like waterfalls, rivers and streams. Location, location, location!!! All in one place!
The pool area is set in the middle of the tropical forest surrounded by native trees and plants that attract butterflies, hummingbirds, all kind of birds, lizards, and much more! We invite you to connect with a more harmonious life, with the comfort and the space of Casa ALUEM you will enjoy the unique experience in Costa Rica. Connect with nature!
Las Brisas neighborhood is where Casa ALUEM in Uvita is located, is a small, organized community with permanent residents. The gravel road from the Costanera highway to the house is full of lush green of the tropical forest. It follows the course of a creek, which attracts all kinds of wildlife. The house is walking distance from La Colonia Entrance of Marine National Park Ballena (5 minutes walk). Easy access, proximity to beach and to the main highway, a very convenient location in Uvita. The property elevation is enough to enjoy the constant the breeze of the creek across all day long.
At Casa ALUEM you can listen to the sound of the waves crashing in the ocean, the birds waking you up, and around all day, the howl of the monkeys visiting the tropical forest garden of the house and to the tree canopies of the creek in front of the house. We invite you to relax with the colors of each sunset in the sky, connecting with our unique green space in the garden forest around the house.
The social area consist of living, dining and kitchen with open sliding glass doors to covered terrance and balconies to access the gardens, bbq and pool areas.
The pool is surrounded by trees, has a sundeck, outdoor shower and bathroom all under the tropical forest.
The house is well equipped, and features 100Mg symmetrical Wifi that allows you to connect with confidence.
The house features 3 individual bedrooms with queen beds. The master bedroom has garden view and private bathroom. The other two bedrooms with sliding glass door to balconies, with forest and pool view, and sharing bathroom. Each room has AC and ceiling fan.
The property and house are fenced, and parking space accommodates up to two cars.
We also offer concierge services to help organize your vacation tours and travel plans.

Besides I was traveling to finish my career in tourism, and face many professional challenges for an area that was starting to show as a destination for this beautiful country, life brought me to the most biological and beautiful place in earth that I now call home. I borned in Argentina, and after leaving here for many years I became a permanent resident. I am simple in love with this area that is green all year round, and offer more than 10 different beaches, with the mountain ending on the ocean. Just unique!
After all these years working in hospitality and becoming an entrepreneur myself I achieved the dream to have my own house in nature. Casa ALUEM, nestled in the tropical forest was designed to belong to it and match with the environment. The name ALUEM is an anagram of our family names. This house was desing in detail making a simple and cozy space, fully thought from the use and how you will feel b by being there.
I am new owner opening this special space to those who wants to experience nature, beaches, adventures and the "Pura Vida" of Costa Rica.

It is fresh with high ceilings, with the garden a tropical forest and swimming pool in the middle of this magical forest garden. It is how you feel by being here that makes it very special. Cozy, simple, calm and relax ambience.
You can enjoy lots of different birds, lizards, the monkeys coming to the trees of the property and to the creek in-front of the house, to name some. You can hike the neighborhood taking the road up the hill with beautiful views, and a great exercise! You can walk to the creek and enjoy peaceful time connecting with nature!
The access from the main Costanera coastal highway is very easy, and the property elevation is good enough to receive the constant breeze of the mountains and creek.
Sunset colors in the sky makes every afternoon different, and you can enjoy it from the open terrance or pool and garden.
