Condo Infront of the Beach

Our 1 BR condo has a completely unobstructed ocean view from the terrace and every room, and an efficiency kitchen, granite counters. The beautiful infinity pool is right outside your door. Beach is less than 100 ft from the condo. Enjoy the amenities of Krystal Grand Hotel in a very relaxing and quiet section. The resort includes gym, a second pool and spa. You can enjoy Zumba, water aerobics, dance classes or just chill on the beach. Even during heavy Holiday periods, THIS condo remains in a very quiet section of the property,

It's waiting for you to enjoy. The 60 mi. beach of Banderas Bay is your playground. And it's just a 20 min. walk , or a ten min taxi ride (about $5. US) up the beach to the town of Bucerias with great restaurants, shops and street vendors.
Our home has one California King bed and a comfortable Queen sleeper. Krystal Grand is offering all-inclusive package . You can purchase the all inclusive (unlimited food and drink) Aprox $75 per day. With access to all hotel restaurants and bars. OR, there are 2 large, modern supermarkets (and a Starbucks) just 5 min. away where you can buy groceries and cook at the condo.
We provide fresh sheets and towels once a week (if you are staying more than one week). And, you can hire my fabulous cleaner for about $30 US to clean and change sheets and towels.
This condo is in unbeatable beach and weather, great people, food, amenities and any water activity you can imagine right outside your door. Or, just, talk, read and nap on the beach.

Great location. Easy walk into Bucerías along path or beach. Great beach walking. Resort is very busy however and a challenge to get pool chairs at times. Overall great location.

Absolutely Wonderful

This condo is beautiful and perfectly situated. Stunning, full ocean view. We had10 glorious days of sunshine and nights falling asleep listening to the waves. It is within easy walking distance to Bucerias, and we enjoyed our days off the resort as well! One thing to note is that if you dont do the all inclusive, you can't eat or drink at the restaurants on the resort, but the all inclusive option is totally worth it with the owner's discount.Celina is very quick to respond to any questions during the stay. Very nice condo with fabulous view

This is s very nice property with an exceptional ocean front view. We were able to whale watch every day. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need to prepare meals in the condo. The bed was really comfortable. Wifi was really good and we had no connection problems at all while in the unit. You will need to get the resort password if you want access poolside. We did not do the all inclusive so we can’t comment on the food quality, however the price has gone up. The chair game is apparent and you will need to be up early to get a good spot. The “ chair sheriff “ will remove any belongings if you are away from your chair for longer than 45 minutes. Bucerías is a short Uber or taxi ride with lots of dining options. There are not many restaurants close to the resort as most are all inclusive. Owners are very responsive to any concerns or issues with the unit.

Condo great, Krystal Grande was terrible

The unit was great, terrific view and accurate to listing details. Comfortable bed, hot water in shower, all around nice room. However the Krystal Grande that you have access to is the worst. It is all inclusive but you do not have the option of paying for anything if you don’t go all inclusive. This means when you are at the pool or beach you get zero service, and cannot purchase so much as a water or coffee. That’s if you can even get a lounger at either place, they are completely reserved by 6 am. We did do all inclusive for one day to give it a chance but were very disappointed. The food was terrible, buffet style meals and restaurants had so few tables that you couldn’t get reservations. Again, loved the unit but everything else was not good in our opinion.

Wonderful stay at the Krystal Grand

First and foremost it’s the wonderful people that work at not only the Krystal Grand but Mexico in general. The resort was beautiful. We were not all-inclusive but we asked different people how they enjoyed the food and the resort in general and everyone really liked it. The beach is beautiful and the water warm. The Krystal has 2 huge pools, an activity pool with so many fun activities. The staff have endless energy and are just amazing. To the General manager Cesar and his staff they did Volleyball in the pool, Zumba, different games and Stretching class by the Ocean. Thank-you for all your hard work. They had wonderful entertainment at night. From Michael Jackson and his talented dancers, to the dating game, casino night, fire throwers and more. Something for everyone. I will definitely return to the Krystal Grand. Whale watching on our deck was just incredible. So over all 5 star.

The host was lovely. When we booked this unit a year ago, we didn’t realize that this was part of an all inclusive resort. We are not all inclusive people as we like to explore the restaurants and bars in the nearby town. It would have been nice to have the option to be able to pay for a drink when we wanted to on the property but it was all or nothing. If you’re into all inclusive, then you will like it….our mistake.The unit was well located on the 6th floor, directly on the beach with an amazing view (probably the best in the whole resort) but it could use a facelift. New towels and bedsheets would be nice too. Otherwise, all good.

Unit in severe need of repair/maintenance. Bathroom sink plugged, no towel bars, vanity drawers broken, veneer on doors falling off, no cabinets for clothes. Suitcases left laying open on floor to get access. No towel bars in kitchen. Bathroom and kitchen facecloths and hand towels to be hung on door knobs. Bedroom AC ancient and poor output.
