Charming Marigold House in West Asheville
Come feel cozy in our newly updated 1970s home.
This house is set on just under an acre with plenty of opportunity for yard games and camp fires. Our house is a 5min drive to west Asheville, 15min drive to downtown and 20min drive to Biltmore. There is also a bus stop just around the corner for easy public transportation!
Our house is well suited for a family of 4-5 or a few friends wanting to visit all that Asheville has to offer.
The space
Our home has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms plus a bonus office/den that has convertible love seat for a third bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and full closet space and a wall mounted Smart TV. The second bedroom also has a full closet. Both bedrooms have new DreamCloud Mattresses.
The kitchen if fully loaded with the tools, a few essential spices and olive oil needed to cook meals in house with new refrigerator and dedicated dining area just off the living room.
Sit back and relax in the living room with a 55" Smart TV and plenty of seating for when you just need a night in watching movies or keeping you with your favorite series while out of town.
We have a large backyard that’s great for playing lawn games or hanging out by a fire. There is also a covered porch that overlooks the tiny stream running through the back yard and is a great way to start your day enjoying a cup of coffee while watching our local ground hog family rummage around.

You’ll have full access to the whole house and property

We live here in Asheville just up the hill from our guest house and love to share our space with friends new and old. We put our sweet and tears into refinishing this little house and love it dearly and want others to enjoy!

This neighborhood is close to action without being directly in the mix. All of our neighbors have big lots and so it gives the feel of being out in the county while still being connected to our community!

We think our guest house is so sweet as it is set just outside the city limits but not too far from all the things happening! It’s on just under an acre of land some manicured lawn, some trees and lots of cute critters to watch!
