This house is great for Mayo patients as the bed is adjustable In the master on both sides with 2 separate remotes and is all one level. This is a family neighborhood so we can't host your 21st birthday! But, family gatherings can be discussed and all house rules would be applied. Disney is only 2.5 hours away! Our Jacksonville Zoo and EverBank stadium are both 30 minutes away. You'll get the benefits of a big city while staying on the out skirts as a local laid back beach resident during your stay. Any length of stay can be discussed. If any party, or things not discussed go on you'll be asked to leave with no refund and charged a fee. Please feel free to message with any questions.
