If you’re looking for a fabulous Niagara vacation then look no further. This four bedroom home offers warm décor and provides a welcoming feel to your group or extended family gatherings.

Tranquility near the River is located just steps from River Road. The Falls, Casino Niagara, Clifton Hill and many other attractions are within a 20 minute walk along the adjacent walking trail.

The home comfortably sleeps 10 persons in a total of 4 bedrooms. The lower level room has 1 king bed. The 3 upper level rooms have queen beds and is serviced by another bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The home is centrally heated and central air-conditioned.

All the modern comforts of home are here including a large flat screen TVs, cable TV, Blue Ray Player, radio, upgraded high speed complimentary Wi-Fi, patio, and more.
The large dining area is perfect for board or card games and makes a great space to reflect on the days experiences.

ENJOY A COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST

During this time of Covid, in order to maximize the protection of our staff and guests, we are delivering a hearty breakfast directly to the house. Breakfast consists of juice, muffins, yogurts, fresh fruits, meat and cheese tray, and a daily fresh hot entree item. Coffee, Tea, Water, and welcome snacks are already stationed in the house.

Nice location/breakfast

The house was in a quiet location with a quick walk to the falls. The host was helpful and a hot breakfast was delivered each morning that we all enjoyed.

We had a great time at this property, it’s nicely situated in a quiet neighborhood and it’s closing up that we could go out and catch the we go bus if we wanted to. John’s hot breakfast each morning with something to look forward to French toast, one morning and egg sandwiches on bagels the next they were scrumptious! we will definitely be this place is open the next time we come to visit

Niagara Falls Weekend

Great location for catching the WeGo shuttle bus to all the main Niagara attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Having breakfast delivered each morning was a real plus. Our host fixed a couple of issues when we first arrived and was helpful with suggestions of places to go and restaurants. The only drawback was a steep, curving staircase to the second floor with a handrail that only went part way. And the "main floor" bedroom was down a short flight also without handrails.

I am former hotelier and have been involved in Niagara’s tourism and hospitality industry since I was ten years old. Having a history degree has led me to embrace Niagara’s colourful past and I can often be found conversing with guests on topics ranging from local geology to the wild wacky adventures of Niagara’s daredevils. I have traveled extensively in North America and Europe and can speak German, French, English, and Hungarian.

In between various stints in the local hospitality industry, I founded and still operate a software development firm which builds reservation and ticketing engines.

The other passion is the restoration of historical buildings.
I look forward to hosting you at one of our properties.

The rental is located in the River Road Tourist District and is a 20 minute walk to the Falls, Major Attractions, Casinos, WEGO transportation stops and Queen Victoria Park. It is just a short 5 min walk to the WEGO Stop

This section of River Road (Niagara Parkway) is home to a large number of historical homes and is dominated by the B&B and Vacation Rental industry.
There is no need to drive from our location and save on parking fees and hassles!
