Property was clean all amenities were readily available. Host was in constant contact for any accommodations needed. Overall very good experience at this home. Would have no problems booking again.

Konti’s place in Jacksonville Beach was fantastic. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is perfect—close to stores, restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach. Communication with Konti was excellent throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay for 10 days in December, we were there to take my daughter to Mayo clinic. It was literally a 15 minute drive to the hospital and everything else was conveniently located around us. This apartment is a great size for three people possibly 4 to 5. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the helpfulness of the host and quick response to all of our questions.

Adorable place- excellent location close to everything and walking distance to the beach. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. I would highly recommend to others for a great vacation house. I wish I could have stayed longer-like year round-LOL!

The house was cozy and had everything we needed. The location was close to everything we were there for so that was also helpful.One recommendation would be to provide instructions on the operation of the air conditioner units, but the weather was perfect so it wasn't an issue at all for us.Overall, we really enjoyed the property, the host was responsive to one question I had and I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment has great location in proximity to the beach, restaurants and Mayo Clinic. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked breakfast every day. Shower was outstanding ( hot water with good pressure). The apartment offered a good place to rest and recharge. Host was quick and easy to connect and answered all the questions. Thank you for hosting us.

Boat Parade

Booked a weekend stay to see a relative and the boat parade. This cozy little 2 bedroom provides all the amenities for a wonderful stay, it's in a nice quiet neighborhood

This house is conveniently located near everything. It’s easily accessible and felt nice and cozy. It was stocked with the things you’d need. I couldn’t have asked for anything else.

Lovely Getaway

What a lovely rental- and recently renovated! Our family of 4 had the best time! Room and amenities for everyone with a full kitchen, beach chairs and bikes. Quick drive to the beach and walked to the pier and restaurants each evening. Easy walk for our 4 yr old. We also enjoyed the common areas around the house for a glass of wine in the evening. Konti is a wonderful host and the rental company was so easy to work with- even text availability throughout the weekend. We will be back next year!

Nice small bottom level apartment in a great location- walking distance to many things including the beach, but we drove because there was plenty of parking there. Everything was very clean and welcoming, although the pictures in the listing don’t exactly match so those should probably be updated. Furniture was different in the living room and no area rug in living room or rug in kitchen as seen in listing pictures and bedding in bedrooms is also different than what is shown in the listing. Beds were very comfortable and TV’s and personal heating/a/c units in the bedrooms were nice. Appreciated the overall updated look of the apt and the washer and dryer and detergent was a big plus. Plenty of kitchen equipment provided along with soap and cleaning supplies as well as nice dishes and silverware. There were 3 of us staying here but any more we probably would have felt a little cramped honestly. Living room is small and no real dining table. There is a small countertop with bar stools that can fit 2 people otherwise you have to sit on the couch to eat. Not a big deal but just something to note. Outdoor common seating areas were a nice touch. There are 3 other apts attached so you do hear the other guests, but it wasn’t a big problem. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood and close to many things Jax Beach has to offer.

I was rehabbing from surgery, had a nurse or a helper and required a quiet place to stay. Positive: It was quiet and serene. In the kitchen it was clean and spacious. The 1st bedroom had more available space, so I stayed in that one (since I had to move around with a walker). The back area was also clean and relaxing for my helper and friend. Host answered promptly to all inquires and issues that arose.Negatives: Had to eliminate four roaches that were found in the kitchen at different times during my stay, they may have come up through the drain. The fan in the 1st bedroom makes a clicking noise when it spins, it was also the furthest one away from the restroom. Which made it difficult for me to maneuver. The internet connection in that same bedroom kept going in and out. I eventually stopped watching tv in that room. Most of the bikes for use had flat tires (the host fixed it within four days).

We enjoyed our stay, the location was excellent. The "fenced in yard" was not completely enclosed so it was more challenging with our dog.The place was clean and well-outfitted.
