Nuestro condominio es un primer piso, condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños cerca de la puerta principal y se encuentra a 3 minutos a pie de la playa y 30 segundos a pie de la piscina principal climatizada con tres jacuzzis. A tres minutos a pie del restaurante y las canchas de tenis.

Desde que compramos, pintamos todas las paredes y molduras, colocamos pisos nuevos y compramos todos los muebles y colchones nuevos.

Somos dueños de una cafetería y nuestro equipo para hacer café en la cocina es de alta gama.
Máquina de café espresso, molinillo de café espresso, molinillo de café, prensa francesa y una excelente cafetera (no el 20 dólares Mr. Estilo café). No se sorprenda de encontrar algunos de nuestros excelentes cafés en el armario cuando llegue.

Tenemos 1100 pies de playa privada con nuestra propia parrilla y pabellón junto a la playa. Alquiler de kayak y juguetes acuáticos. Tenemos cinco piscinas, tres jacuzzis y seis canchas de tenis. Si lo tuyo es navegar, tenemos un muelle para botes y lanzamiento en el sitio (contáctanos para más detalles). Tenemos un campo de golf de nueve hoyos par tres pitch and putt que serpentea a través del resort. Si te gusta la comida cajún, tenemos el restaurante Louisiana Lagniappe en el lugar en nuestro puerto deportivo con vista al puerto de Destin. Los jardines del complejo están llenos de palmeras y hermosas plantas y arbustos tropicales. El estacionamiento está justo en la puerta de su casa (sin esperar los ascensores). Nuestra unidad está a 30 segundos de la piscina principal climatizada y 3 jacuzzis con vista al estanque de patos desde la cocina y el área del balcón frontal. Desde el porche trasero se puede ver un poco del golfo y están a 3 minutos de la arena. También estamos a 2 minutos en coche y a 15 minutos a pie de restaurantes y tiendas. Nos encanta aquí y sabemos que tú también lo harás. Hablamos pronto.

Great Place to Stay

This is a great place to stay. We are repeat customers and plan to return in the future. Great location with a quick walk to the beach and very close to the main pool. There are many extra amenities. Pitch and Putt, Tennis, Pickle Ball, Private Beach Bar. Kevin continues to make great updates and his place is always very clean.

Good location!

The property was really cute. It is a close walk to the beach! Could use a few updates and softer mattress in the master bedroom. Could also use more cabinet and counter space. Over all, we enjoyed our stay and loved the frappes! Now I want to try and make them at home! Thank you Kevin, for the personal phone call! It was nice to be informed of everything ahead of time and not have to wonder if there is this or that. We had no issues and were able to figure everything out with the helpful videos from Kevin. Would probably stay again just because the owner was so personable and helpful. That means a lot!

Spring break

The condo was equipped with everything that we could possibly need and high quality items. Very comfortable accommodations. Only down side was the large group of families who rented above and beside us. They were not considerate of noise levels. That is out of control of the owners. Absolutely would rent again. Great place and owners.

Just a short walk

This condo is located in a big community with lots of small low-rise buildings. It's a first-floor unit, with parking close by both front and back. It's well maintained, and everything that we tried to use worked just fine. It's just a short walk (or golf cart ride or car ride) across the street to the beach. There is a nice restaurant within the property, and other restaurants just a short walk down the street. There's a big grocery store 1/4-mile away, too. You'll enjoy your stay here.

Location can’t be a 5 unless your on the beach

Everything was in good shape and well stocked. The washer and dryer looked brand new and worked greatThere is no outdoor space that has any privacy. In the picture of table with the water in the background the water is across a parking lot, not by the condo. The owner did call to see if I needed more coffee or anything. I am used to a balcony with an ocean view. If you don’t mind no ocean view and walking across the road to the beach you can save a lot of money . Destin is a great place to vacation.

Spring Break ‘24

We had a great time in Destin again this year! This was our third year at Sandpiper Cove and the first time we’ve stayed in this condo. The location of this unit was perfect for our family as we enjoyed both the beach and the pool each day of our stay and getting to either is quick and easy. We loved the amount of space we had and our kids enjoyed having a room to themselves. We especially loved the high-end coffee and espresso equipment and delicious coffees provided by the owner. He also provided detailed videos on how to work the espresso machine etc which we really appreciated. Kevin was a great host and very responsive to every communication making the whole process a great experience. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived with the exception of the floors which turned our bare feet black within minutes of our arrival. This wasn’t a big surprise as we’ve had similar experiences at other units - we suspected it’s due to asphalt residue getting tracked in from the parking lot on shoes. The bathrooms could both use some updates but it didn’t bother us. Over all we would definitely rent this unit again and for our family’s needs it’s probably our favorite so far. Having a great host and such a great location goes a long way! Definitely recommend.

October Beach Vacation

I wish I was there right now! My partner and I came and stayed here for a week at the end of October. The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was in a private community and was within sight of the beach. We went to the beach every day, and since we were there in October we practically had the place to ourselves. It's on a smaller road off the main drag, so it was nice and quiet at night, but still very close to everything. We went out to eat almost every night, but it also had a full kitchen so we could make breakfast and lunch every day. There is a tiki hut on the beach with a menu and drinks that looked awesome, but it was closed for the season when we went. I especially enjoyed the chairs and umbrellas provided at the beach so we didn't have to lug our own. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay -- linens, tv, kitchen supplies, etc. There was even a razor scooter that I'm way too old to play with but did anyway. We enjoyed walking around the little condo community, which has a lagoon with ducks and an amazing restaurant. I don't have many stories because I spent the whole time on the beach with my nose in a book, but that's what vacation is all about! Kevin was amazingly courteous and helpful with our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to friends. P.S. I learned how to make an espresso on the machine they have there!

Holiday Isle

The entire process was quick and efficient. Kevin was amazing, he kept us updated about the runnings of the property and how the extras included worked. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying at Holiday Isle!

Location is fantastic

The place is clean, organized, and has some great coffee equipment which was a treat. It's very close to the beach, but also very close to the compound's heated pool and hot hubs, which is a big bonus!

Absolutely wonderful!

This unit was perfect for our girls trip! Location was great, unit was super clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Beds were comfy. Coffee was amazing! My interactions with the owner were more than I would expect with an owner. He is very easy to talk to and work with and gave us great tips on eating out and exploring the Destin area. Will definitely recommend this unit to friends and will return with my family!

Perfect location

Best location by far! Owner was easy to talk to and always responded quickly. Lots of “extras” for those visiting including several back back beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, and coffee!! The kitchen has recently been updated and is beautiful, washer and dryer was nice and new. Beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tubs were just around the corner of the condo. Beach access was easy and close! The only downside was the master bathroom needed work, needs updating/removing wall paper that was starting to peel, the ceiling has obviously had water damage from the upper level, and the carpet needs pulled up in the master bedroom and replaced with vinyl or something similar for easy cleaning. Overall is was a great stay and we were all happy and would stay again! You cannot beat this location!

Coffee Lover's Retreat

The condo was very nice and only 2 minutes from the lovely beach. The pool was farther across the complex but also very nice.. The owners also own a coffee shop, and their love and knowledge of coffee is evident in their equipment and coffee priducts in their kitchen. The condo is clean, comfortable, and up to date with technology and appliances. Only complaints are that the picture made the unit appear to be on the canal, but the water is actually across the street and none of the porches are private (all overlook parking lots). Also, the people staying in the unit upstairs were very loud.. They sounded like a herd of elephants! I appreciated the smoothie mix, though!

Love it

My family and I stay at sand piper cove almost every year. We really enjoy that it is a quiet family friendly environment. This unit was no different in that regard. It stood out in terms of extras. The coffee was wonderful and the cappuccino machine was a really nice addition. I would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxed beach vacation. If your looking for a party crowd, maybe try Panama City.

We live in Atlanta and always wanted a place at the beach. After renting for many years on VRBO, we decided to buy a second property.
We own a coffee shop and the coffee making equipment in the unit is high end.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Destin is a great place. Good clean Beaches, Great people, good food.
But the biggest thing is that we had no desire to be in a high rise with 1000 other vacationers and waiting on an elevator half the time. We park steps away from our unit and there are only a few people in our two story building. Perfect getaway.
