Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay!

Continue to gaze out at stunning turquoise views from the centrally air-conditioned interior of your stay. Composed of comfortable furnishings and modern appliances, every inch of this space has been curated for your comfort. The kitchen's granite countertops and stainless steel appliances ensure effortless cooking sessions, whereas the living room's oversized sofa is an ideal perch for evening movie viewings or reading sessions.

Peaceful moments to yourself are best spent in the primary bedroom, attached to a lovely en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. A private washer/dryer rounds out the stellar list of interior amenities.

As the sun begins to set over paradise, head for the private balcony and gaze out at views that will stick with you for a lifetime. The home also comes with complimentary beach service (1 umbrella, 2 chairs) from March 1 to October 31.

THINGS TO KNOW
Construction is 8-5, 7 days a week. Beginning Monday, October 20, 2025, the Lagoon Pool will be closed for approximately 3 weeks to have it resurfaced. We are hopeful to have it back up and running by November 10, 2025. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 10.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
