Nestled 7,000 feet up in the Colorado Rockies with Champagne powder snow and icy blue waters, Steamboat is one of North America’s largest ski mountains. With a mountainous landscape and a down-home cowboy atmosphere, this place is an uplifting destination whether you love snow or merely need a nature getaway.

Two Bedroom Condo:
In the Loft: queen bed, 1 full bath.
Interior spiral stairs between loft and Main level.
Main Level: King bed, Queen wall

fireplace, balcony. 8-24 exterior stairs to
access the main level.

Unit Amenities:
The unit is equipped with a full kitchen, iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner (single use size), TV/DVD, safe (free), telephone. The units have ceiling fans and are not equipped with air-conditioning.

• Unit Access: Due to the age and the structure of the building the resort is not accessible for guests with mobility issues.
This resort has no elevators and NO ground floor units. A minimum of 8 stairs must be climbed to reach any unit. Two bedroom units also have interior spiral staircase. No specific requests can be taken.

Location:
The Village at Steamboat is located approximately three miles south of downtown Steamboat Springs, off U.S Hwy. 40. The easiest way to get to the resort, whether you are coming from downtown Steamboat or approaching from the south, is to use the Mt.Werner Road Exit off Hwy. 40.

Check-in Information:
The check-in office is located in the clubhouse of the resort.
Office Hours:
Open 24 hours a day.
Check-in Time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m.
Deposit: A $100.00 credit card authorization is required at check-in. Refundable at end of stay if no damage is reported.

Reminders:
• Occupancy limit is 6. This applies to all ages, including infants.
• Unit is randomly assigned. No specific request can be taken.
• Parking is available for one vehicle per unit during your stay. Large vehicles are not permitted on property.
• Smoking (tobacco or cannabis, including electronic-cigarettes) is prohibited in the condo as well as on the decks and balconies. Where available, a designated smoking area will be provided. A fine will be assessed for non-compliance.
• Pets are not allowed on property. A fine will be assessed for non-compliance. Emotional Support Animals are not allowed at this resort. Only Service Animals are allowed.
