Aloha and Welcome to your next Hawaiian Getaway! My name is T-Baer and I've fully renovated this stunning 2 bedroom/2 bath home on the North Shore of magical Kauai for your enjoyment (City of Princeville). I'm from Arizona and live in Utah with my little Yorkiepoo Tango, but whenever I have spare time I come to Hawaii to live Aloha and meet new Ohana (family). I have 13 adorable nieces and nephews as well and love being the favorite Uncle.

I added my own interior design touch to make this the most enjoyable Hawaiian experience for you and your friends & family. My house at #1212 is fully furnished and decorated with your rest and relaxation in mind. I hope you enjoy the heavenly peace that North Shore Kauai brings!!

*Parking is ALL open without passes and right next to the unit, literally dozens of spots are always open right outside the patio.
*Fully Renovated kitchen with everything needed to cook/eat to your delight

*Large Smart TVs in each bedroom connected to Wifi
*Free Cable in Living Room & Guest Bedroom
*Gorgeous fully remodeled/spacious bathrooms
*Large Master Walk in Closet
*Pool and Hottub are steps away from the back patio, 2 BBQs inside the pool area, and an outdoor Pool Shower
*Private Clubhouse gym

Best parts about this property:
1. ) within a short drive to over 12 North Shore beaches which are all among the most gorgeous beaches in the world
2.) right next to the Hanalei Valley Lookout which in my opinion is as close to heaven as you get
3.) Some of the best hiking in Hawaii within a short distance from the Condo, along with sooooo many Waterfalls, snorkeling spots, delicious restaurants, and unique local shopping
4.) the sunsets from Princeville and Hanalei are to die for!
5.) the Queen Emma's Bath is within walking distance of the Condo
6.) Right next to the Princeville Makai Pool and Fitness Center which has Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, and other amenities
7.) Also right next to the Makai golf course to hit a round or two!

Great spot in Kauai!

I stayed here with a group of my girlfriends before backpacking and camping the Kahlalau Trail. This place was a great home base for us to set our stuff, relax, and truly take in Hawaii before we set off on our adventure. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay in Princeville. The condo was close to our favorite beaches and was a welcome home away from home in the evenings.

This rental condo was absolutely gorgeous, and perfect for our 6-person family (including 4 teenagers). The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and the whole place was plenty spacious and very comfortable. Additionally, virtually all of our meals were eaten out on the lanai, allowing us to enjoy the outdoors including the chirping birds and (generally) beautiful weather.As a bonus, it was fantastic that this unit was prepped for the beach with beach chairs, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach towels and a rolling cooler. This saved us the hassle of having to worry about these items or renting/buying them during our stay.In terms of amenities, the pool and hot tub area were very nice, with multiple Weber BBQs available for grilling (which I used 4-5 times). Additionally, the on-site gym was a bonus for multiple members of our family.As for the condo management, Heather was very friendly and extremely responsive to all questions (and even popped by to say hello while we were enjoying some time on the lanai). Additionally, both check-in and check-out were a breeze.We absolutely loved our stay in this unit and our whole time in Kauai. We hope to be able to visit this beautiful island at some point in the future, and would definitely like to stay here again if the unit is available!

Long Awaited Vacation in Paradise

We loved the property it was just as described. It was a joy to come back to after the tours and outings. Despite the weather, it was relaxing, quiet, and exactly what we wanted. It made the 10 days we stayed feel like home. Our host quickly responded when called and "akamai" of any questions we had. I would recommend and gladly stay again.

Great condo for 4

Great condo for 4. Had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, even a cooler. Close to the pool and grills. You do hear your upstairs neighbors walking around quite well - but it didn't bother us too much with some music on.

Great Rental - Close to Hanalei!

We had a great time staying at this unit in Princeville. We stayed at the exact unit 3 years ago, prior to the new ownership. They did an excellent job with upgrades to the unit, and great for a family of 4. Laura the property manager was easy to communicate with and available if we had any needs. We will certainly consider renting this unit again next time we come to Kauai!

Beautiful Property

Beautiful property and clean. Plenty of room for a family of 4 with two teenagers. Pool was clean, property was quiet. Close to multiple beaches, and shopping center w/ restaurants and shops, included a good size grocery store. Unit came with beach gear (chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear for 2). Enjoyed having washer/dryer. Would stay again.

Lovely Home in Princeville

This home is very nice in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is conveniently nearby along with propane grills. We did struggle with the kitchen equipment as we cooked most of our meals while staying here. Hopefully they can swap out the warped pots and pans as they don't work well on the flat electric stove, and have the knives sharpened. Notwithstanding, we would certainly stay here again as the access to Hanapali and Princeville is perfect.

Beautiful spot, lovely location, but undergoing construction that I was unaware of

The place was nice, comfortable and mostly clean, I could definitely use a deep cleaning as in the grout in the kitchen floor was disgusting but everything else was nice. Roof construction was going on from day one across the way and began on my unit the last week and a half I was there. Really put a damper on my stay! Without the roof construction, I would give it a seven out of 10.

Kauai 2023

Our overall impression of the property was good. It was very clean and quiet. The pool was beautiful. It took a bit to figure out how to get into the gate but some neighbors helped. It wasn't clear to us by the listing that there was no a/c in the 2nd bedroom. We also thought it was strange that the master bedroom had no television. We had a couple of hiccups that were resolved quickly...the master tub wouldn't drain and the washer quit working. Angela and Cyrila were quick to help us! The skillets could use replacing. They are warped and everything sticks to one of them. We cook most of our meals on vacation. I don't know if that's typical or not but it was important to us! The light above the stove also didn't work which would have been handy! The lack of cabinets or a pantry to store food also made cooking interesting. We had everything spread all over the countertops which didn't leave us much space! The beds were comfortable and overall we had all the things we needed. We appreciated being able to use the ice chest and beach chairs from the garage! The a/c was permanently set to 70 which got too cold when on and was too warm when off, so we switched it off and on as needed. It would have been better for us to be able to raise the temperature...and would have used less electricity too! We also have a vacation rental in Tennessee and we appreciate actual written information vs just stars. We like to know how we can improve and I trust you will appreciate the same!

Property met all expectations

This property was easy to access and was well stocked. We appreciated the extra linens and really liked the rag towels by the door for sandy feet. Plenty of beach supplies which were happily used.

Great little spot in Princeville

This was a great location, really close to the pool and not far from downtown Princeville and a short way to Hanalei. The unit had everything we needed, laundry and A/C was nice to have, kids loved it, wish there were more beach towels. The unit is overall nice, easy touchless checkin, however there’s always a few imperfections….one bed sinks in the middle, might need a few repairs on the cabinets, toilets seemed to be running and slow drain and there is not much privacy with the window coverings, but I didn’t mention anything to management because we made do. Princeville by far is the best side of the island, we’d come back again! Also we recommend the Shaka self guided tour to help you explore the island!

Great spot!

We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others. It was perfect for our family of four. Having no air-conditioning in the second bedroom was not a problem at all. The location was great and we enjoyed the pool as well.

Perfect

This place was the perfect base to explore Kauai. I have been to Kauai twice and think Princeville is the perfect place to stay. Even though it is far from Na Pali by car, a 2 hour drive isn't too hard and there are so many great beaches and things to do on the north shore. The plate lunches and poke at Foodland are a short drive away if you want a quick meal without a wait. The check in process was contactless and very easy. The property was very clean and spacious and all basic necessities were provided. The property manager communicated all the information needed in great detail so there was no confusion. Plenty of free parking in the lots. There was a garage but someone's car was parked there but it wasn't an issue for us.

Overall property was suitable. It needs some attention in terms of cleaning/upkeep. Remote batteries were dead. Sand all over the floor from previous occupants. Both toilets run. The main bathroom smells strongly of urine.

Home was cozy and decently stocked. Could use some updating to appliances, beach equipment, etc. and the garage cannot be used during the stay, which is unfortunate. Property manager was responsive and helpful.
