While August can be a warmer month, the unit is equipped with ceiling fans in each room and standing fans to help keep things comfortable. Spacious condo, very comfortable!

The location is a quick easy in and out of Princeville. We were able to use dryer to keep beach towels ready to go, the kitchen was well equipped for making breakfasts, and the hot tub was nice to use after a rainy day hiking!

Convenient location, very spacious, kitchen was well stocked, close to pool and barbeque area, easy access in and out of the unit and gated community. The hosts were very responsive and communicative. We would stay here again.

Great value place on Kauai!

Overall, this was a great experience. The place is a large, has plenty of amenities to make it feel like home away from home (or more), and comes at a great value. Where things were lacking the most is the communication and check in process. However, once you do reach out with a concern, the host is definitely willing to work with you. Bottom line: I definitely recommend this place.

The property and Princeville area was a wonderful choice for our stay. We experienced some issues with figuring out the "smart" oven but were able to use the other appliances to complete our task. I would recommend maybe some directions.The home was full of all the things we needed to enjoy our trip; linens, appliances, chairs, etc. Note that the AC is only in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. We were there in August so a bit warm without the beautiful Hawaiian breezes. All correspondence were helpful and timely. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Needs beach gear

Worst beach chairs ever! No access to garage - perhaps the better chairs were stored there. Who knows? For such an expensive rental - the beach gear should be provided - i.e. comfortable chairs that sit above the sand, umbrella, snorkel equipment.

The standard beach equipment we provide is two beach chairs and a cooler. At times, there may be additional items, like umbrellas or snorkel gear that a previous guest may have left for others to use. However, this is not always the case. Spacious townhome needs upkeep

The pros are the size of the townhome. More than enough room for our party of five. The townhome overlooks a beautiful vegetated ravine. The cons are the many repairs that need to be made. Broken windows and screens that let bugs in, coffee pot that didn’t fit the coffee maker, old stained carpeting, beach chairs that were rusted and didn’t work well etc. This could be a 4 or 5 star property if the owners kept up with routine maintenance and upgrades.

Great place to stay near North Shore

Lovely and quiet. We were attending a wedding at the Hanalei Bay resort which was only a 5 minute drive away. The unit was spacious and the beds comfortable. Had an issue with the A/C unit but it was resolved once management was made aware of it.

Great place, close to Hanalai and the house was decently stocked with desired kitchen utensils. The neighborhood was safe and we felt very secure. Pool was great and a short walk away.

Excellent condo for Kauai touring

I really enjoyed the location and privacy afforded by this property. The three bedrooms were spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The only thing lacking was that one of the showers wasn't sealed across the bottom of the door, making it flood the bathroom with use. I was told it would get fixed eventually, so we just used the other two showers instead. Also only 2 of the 3 bedrooms had AC, which I thought was a bit misleading in the ad for the place. Title was "BEDROOM AC AND ROOM FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!", while it should be "2 of 3 BEDROOMS with AC AND ROOM FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!"

The property was nice and clean. I don't have any complaints about the rooms or amenities. My only complaint is that only two bedrooms have air conditioning. The rest of the unit was very hot during our stay.

Couple of issues, overall good

Reservation went ok save astronomical deposit of 1300$ vs us taking a 69$ insurance... felt like they are pushing you to spend 69$ more. Did not like this. Check-in check-out perfect. Localisation is way north, beautiful area and complex. But far from activities down south and western part. Should have stayed near Lihue, middle way. Will be your choice. Nice property, lots of light, lots of square footage, amenities are fairly new. Cleanliness was ok, they missed one shower out of 3. The rest was perfect. Overall we liked the property.

Since each unit is privately owned, it is there for your protection as well as the owner's for accidental damage. It is an industry standard and is also offered as part of VRBO's booking process. While here, I see you called us about the wifi, but I see no comments made on housekeeping. I wish you would have said something as we would have sent someone right away to correct any misses. We try to be perfect but realize at times we may miss things. We apologize for any inconvenience. Glad you liked the property overall. Poorly maintained, not clean

We stay in multiple VRBO properties every year in Hawaii. This was the dirtiest property we have experienced. Dishes and utensils were not clean, clean socks became black after walking on the floors for just a few minutes, carpets had significant stains throughout the bedrooms, there was popcorn and other food remains on the living room floor when we arrived. The list goes on. One the maintenance side, bathroom cabnets have significant water damage, at least one closet door handle is on backwards, the downstairs A/C unit would only turn on and cool about half of the times we attempted to use it. This was the first time we have rented a unit managed by the Parrish group. Their standards do not appear to live up to the image their website presents and their attitude was underwhelming. Their response was more blaming us for not notifying them sooner instead of apologizing.

We do apologize for any misses on the cleans, but stand by our comment that you should have let us know so we could have come back to address any issues as you would if you were staying in a hotel. We have no excuses for the misses on the cleans and are working with the owner to upgrade the older cabinets. The AC was checked and was working fine and we have not had further issues. We are sorry for any inconvenience and wish you the best.

Sooo Quiet!! No road noise!!

We are currently here at the condo & just want to say how pleased we are with this complex. Easy walking & driving access to hikes, beaches & shopping. We would definitely return to this location.
