Great stay in Princeville.

This was a very nice property. The property was very big and the rooms were spacious. The grounds and community around the area were pretty. Good access to northshore activities.

Beautiful and clean place to stay. Very quiet. Manicured grounds. Nice swim pool and soaking jetted pool. Excellent sunset viewpoint from the golf course.

Great location, lush beautiful grounds. Twin beds require replacing but overall very comfortable and clean condo . Enjoyed watching the albatross from the balcony.

EMMALANI 424

This condo is in a great location to beaches, stores and hiking trails. It was very clean and well stocked. It even had beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkle gear and swim noodles. The condo is well layed out for privacy between rooms. The pool and hot tub are both very nice and clean. This was my 11th visit to the hawaiian islands and I would highly recommend staying here!

Great stay in Princeville

Overall, we had a lovely time here. The property was in a beautiful location with multiple routes to gorgeous ocean views, lots of lush greenery, and a walkable distance from Hideaways Beach (a solid place for snorkeling and a small beach with plenty of shade). The A/C kept things comfortably cool, the condo was clean and well-maintained, and the property manager was always responsive. The only (minor) issue we had was that the refrigerator compressor would rev up for a while anytime the fridge door was opened, which was annoyingly loud, but not a huge deal at all.

So we were surprised happily at arrival, and started to enjoy our stay from the 1st min. Princeville is so convenient for beach access, especially some small hidden/secret beaches, super relaxing w/ shallow water, from streams to the sea.... Will definitely return on our next trip.

We weren’t informed our unit was upstairs. It was very difficult for our friend who is recovering from knee surgery. That information should be posted or given as an option beforehand

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was decent. Location convenient, nice to have beach gear available and laundry. Generally clean, but carpet was stained and some rooms did not smell fresh. The refrigerator wasn’t working when we arrived, which was a bummer since we had purchased groceries. Thankfully, there was a cooler we used until a new fridge was delivered the next day. All of the staff we interacted with were helpful and pleasant.

Kauai Doesn't Get Better

They really need to take a better photo to show you the view. It was beautiful and open, from master and living room. The unit was just as described, easy to pick up keys, and the unit has everything you need. The very lovely pool is steps away, and the unit is very quiet. A beautiful, easy walk over to the shopping area and restaurants. Enjoy the island, have a last dinner at the Happy Bar with stunning views at the Hanalei Resort, and even though the drive is long to the other side of the island, everything is worth it! A great condo, extremely clean, you won't be disappointed.

Overall very comfortable

Condo is super clean and well stocked. Living room is light and airy and has plenty of seating. TV/Cable/DVD is easy to use. Air conditioning works great in living room and master bedroom but unit is noisy in second bedroom. (The back of the curtains in second bedroom are moldy and need to be replaced.) New beds are needed or at least given foam toppers! It would be nice to have a king in the master and not two twins put together. Overall very comfortable! I would definitely come again.

We were able to see beautiful sunsets from the golf course. The unit is very conveniently located right across from the pool and spa and BBQ grills. Check-in was very easy. The furniture could use a little updating and the bed could be a little more firm, but other than that, the unit was very clean and comfortable. Most importantly, it had air conditioning and a washer and dryer! Plus it had all the beach amenities such as chairs, cooler, towels, boogie board and snorkel gear. We were walking distance to some of the beaches and a short drive to the market and some shops. The little welcome gift was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay in Princeville and would definitely stay at Emmalani Court again!
