Ideally situated for outdoor enthusiasts, you’ll find Lake Tahoe Golf Course, Emerald Bay State Park, and Kirkwood Mountain Resort all within 33 miles. Not to mention Palisades Tahoe Resort and Northstar California Resort are just a bit further out.

When you’re not hiking, lounging on the lake shore, or skiing the powdery slopes, come back home to kick back and relax in the cozy living area featuring ample seating, elegant furnishings, and charming rustic decor. Snuggle up by the fireplace during family movie night or have a pool tournament in the well-equipped game room! When mealtime arrives, whip up a tasty dinner in the full kitchen or have a barbecue in the enclosed yard while sharing some local brews and watching the kids swing on the playset. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
