Relájese y sumérjase en las espectaculares vistas del Valle de Alexander y el río Ruso desde esta espaciosa casa de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños con una nueva piscina de borde infinito y bañera de hidromasaje. Esta casa bien decorada se encuentra en más de 2 acres de California Oaks y paisajes mediterráneos de olivos, lavanda, romero y limoneros, y ofrece paz y tranquilidad a la vez que está a minutos de Healdsburg y bodegas y restaurantes de clase mundial.

Casa y distribución
De nueva construcción en 2006, esta casa contemporánea tiene un plano de planta abierto y vistas panorámicas de viñedos y montañas desde la sala de estar, comedor, cocina, sala de prensa y dormitorio principal. Hay hermosos pisos de madera de arce, un techo de vigas a la vista, chimenea de gas y una inspiradora cocina gourmet que tiene todo lo que necesita para atraer al chef de la región vinícola.

Birthday Weekend Stay

Terrific property. Outstanding views of the valley from a huge deck, awesome pool that we spent as much time as possible in. Did some bike riding along some nice routes nearby. Comfortably slept 9 adults. Well stocked kitchen with everything you'd need to cook big group meals. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Casa Devista over President’s Day

We had an incredible stay at Casa Devista. We were there as four moms and our 4, 11-year-old boys. The home was spacious and clean and contact with the owner was easy and efficient. The photos don’t do the home justice, in that we were not expecting such stunning views!! There was ample sitting room inside and out to enjoy the view. The surrounding area was perfect for waking and hiking. Our boys “scaled” a nearby hill which was a great adventure for them and us! There options for eating and drinking were endless, but it was also a delight to cook at home. We would definitely recommend the home and consider it in the future for another stay. Thank you!

Great in Geyserville!

Laurie’s property was fantastic with great views from the deck and a large open interior for our grown family of seven. Even though up on a hill, everything was very accessible from the restaurants in Geyersville and Healdsburg to hiking and boating at Lake Sonoma, and top wineries in the wine country. We had a great time in Geyserville at Laurie’s first class property.

Great house, idyllic location, amazing view, perfect pool

This house is everything you want in a relaxing, quiet, wine country getaway. On top of a hill just outside of Geyserville, the views stretch forever. The integrated pool & hot tub are perfect, and the huge decks allow you to spend all day enjoying the outside. Inside, the kitchen is new and superbly outfitted. The four bedrooms give you lots of space, and they even had a Pack'n'Play for us.

Great Family Vacation Home!

We were in town for my son's wedding and the venue was only minutes away from the house which had space for the whole family. We found the place clean and well appointed. Loved the separation between the bedrooms and living area so babies could sleep during the day. The view from the spacious deck is beautiful but remember your shoes on very hot days. Laurie was easy to work with and quick to respond every time. We would highly recommend it!

Dream Vacation Rental

Our group of nine girls rented this property for a long weekend in late September and it was absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable - plenty of room for our group. The back deck extends the entire length of the house and the view is gorgeous, especially at sunrise and sunset. The infinity pool and hot tub are so nice - the pictures don't do it justice. You do have to travel a narrow, windy road to get to the house but it's well worth it. About 10 minutes to Geyserville and 20 to Healdsburg. Laurie was great to work with - very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Girls Weekend!

Not only is this house AMAZING, but Laura was so easy to work with. She was extremely thorough when describing the house and accommodations, provided great suggestions for local restaurants and wineries, and was available when any questions came up. We rented the house for a girls trip and it was perfect for a quick weekend away. We also lucked out with the weather and were able to hang out at the pool all day. Absolutely recommend this home!

We rented this house for my sister's bachelorette. Perfect for 9 girls! The house had amazing views, especially from the pool. The layout of the house worked well for a larger group. It has a large open floor plan. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this gorgeous home to anyone.

Great for families and an amazing home

We had family in from out of town for our kids' birthday so we headed north for a fun weekend. The house is beautiful and has everything you would ever need. I can't think of anything this house didn't have, from a well-equipped kitchen to both indoor/outdoor games and toys. The house is spacious and provides everyone privacy and if you have kids, the common areas are far enough away from the bedrooms where noise would never be an issue. The views from the deck and pool/hot tub are incredible. Great location for a quiet, relaxing weekend, but close enough to Healdsburg for shopping and dinner and world class wineries are close by. Laurie was great to work with - responsive, helpful, and makes sure you're set up for a great time. We would definitely come back and hope to again soon!

A Girl's Weekend Getaway

I have had the opportunity to vacation at this beautiful property and it is worth every penny! The owners have taken great lengths to ensure your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible. The home is furnished beautifully and I was delighted to find the quality of the linens provided. There is laundry available, and the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and serve a meal fresh off the grill, which is available for guests on the balcony. Not only that, the view from the side of the house is spectacular. It overlooks the vineyards and is beautiful to watch the sun rise and set. There were also movies, and games available, as well as a toys and pool accessories to make the afternoon of swimming even more enjoyable. The home has plenty of space and is perfectly set up to get a good nap in while the rest of your party enjoys the amenities. I would definitely recommend this property. The seclusion but also the close proximity to wineries, the general store, and other stores for shopping provided a relaxing weekend for our girls trip!

Perfect getaway

We rented the house with a few couples over New Year's, and it was a perfect getaway. The house is perfectly situated in my favorite part of Wine Country, far enough away to be peaceful but close enough to Geyserville and Healdsburg to grab groceries or dinner. The kitchen is fabulous, the house is well-equipped, and the views from the pool and hot tub are to die for. Laurie is a great host, very easy to work with and responsive. We'd love to come back again.

Absolutely Fantastic

Three generations of my family gathered at this home for my mother's 70th birthday party, our youngest attendee was my three year-old niece. When we arrived, my sister greeted me at the door, and she had tears in her eyes. I picked the place, so I was hopeful she'd like it. Growing up, we were certainly comfortable, but this home is luxurious in the best sense of that word, and I think my sister and I both felt a kind of joy that we were able to take my mother to this really beautiful place to celebrate with her family. She whispered to me, "I think we did good!" The pool and views are absolutely the thing that make the home so special, although there are many many reasons to love staying here. I think the open layout is particularly conducive to family time together, and we had many long days and nights in company at the pool, on the deck, or in the large family room, talking and laughing. We always have fun together, but this vacation was made so special by staying somewhere we all felt was so beautiful. (And Healdsburg, down the road, is as special an dlovely as everyone says, a total delight. Even little Geyserville has real attractions we all enjoyed. LOCALS tasting room not to be missed!) At the end of the week, my mom said this was the best birthday present she'd ever received. So, mission accomplished! If you're reading this I assume you are thinking of vacationing there as well. I recommend it without hesitation, and know you'll find the owners as gracious and welcoming as we did. It was a vacation I'll never forget.

Perfect weekend in Wine Country!

The photos for this house do not do it justice! I stayed here Friday-Sunday with a group of 10 girls for a ladies weekend away in wine country. The house was just perfect! We had plenty of room, the views are spectactular and the pool is fabulous. Laurie was MORE then accomadating! She was so responsive to all of my emails and questions. She gave me lots of great reccomendations for places to go and things to do. Look no further for the perfect weekend get away!

Perfect Getaway Vacation - also great for holidays with family

It's the second year we have stayed in this gorgeous house with stunning views. We stayed with family and friends to celebrate Thanksgiving. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a feast! The layout of the house is absolutely perfect: All the entertainment areas are located in one big segment of the house and the bedrooms give you all the privacy you need. There are enough bathrooms to serve a big party and to never make this house feeling 'crowded". We already loved the stunning views and the peacefulness you got from just sitting on the deck and enjoying our stay there. But the infinity pool with incorporated hot tub is an absolute bonus!. What we like about the house is the sensation you get on living "on the countryside" without missing any modern comfort. And for those wanting to be a little more active, the vineyard Club with the Lake and the Tennis court is just a short walk away and is a great bonus for this rental. Laurie, the host is absolutely sweet! She is very understanding and very responsive when I emailed her about something my little daughter broke in their house. She was so cooperative - I can highly recommend her as a host. We are looking forward to staying there again one day!

Amazing House & Fantastic Hosts

The house is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The bedrooms are all large, the kitchen is a chef's dream and best of all - the deck is massive, with a breathtaking view. Big thanks to the owner for turning the solar heater on the pool on for us early in the season thanks to some unseasonably warm weather. The infinity pool is gorgeous and the hot tub warms up quickly. The owner was a great host, checking in before and during the trip to make sure everything was to our liking and making sure we didn't have any questions. She left us a nice bottle of wine and a list of fun things to do in the area. I look forward to returning to this same house on a future trip when I have a few more days to enjoy the great lodgings and ideal location.

Wonderful home for a girls weekend

I recently rented this house with 8 of my girlfriends, it was wonderful. Everyone loved the views, the pool and hot tub and the well appointment kitchen. Whenever I had any questions Laurie was always available and helpful. I would stay here again for sure.

Amazing Rental Home!

I just returned yesterday from spending 4 nights with 6 of my best girlfriends in Healdsburg. We were celebrating our 30th birthdays and we couldn't have picked a better place to do so! The house was beautiful, the views incredible, and the owners were more than accomodating to our needs. Geyserville/Healdsberg was a perfect vacatioin destination and we were so happy we choose to spend our vacation here. There was a multitude of wineries and tasting rooms nearby, delightful spas, and great restaurants. The location of the house itself is perfect as it is set a top a hill with great views of the valley and several vineyards and is very private. This house would be great for people of any age, gender, occasion, etc. Can't wait to go back someday!!!

My family had the privilege of calling this house our "home" for a long weekend. We were four generations who came together for a family wedding weekend in Healdsburg. The house was even better than we had expected! The rooms were very large and the kitchen fabulous! The pool was the perfect activity for our 4 grandchildren (ages 5-9) and there were also toys and games for them as well. Lots of space for adult time also. We walked to the lake and the clubhouse and enjoyed jogging in the hills around the house. We were perfectly located for the wine country, Lake Sonoma, Healdsburg...The views and outdoor space were really wonderful. Laurie was terrific to work with as well. Definitely a "5 star" experience!

Perfect Getaway Home - Highly Recommend!!

My sisters and I decided to select a VRBO home for our annual, long weekend getaway trip instead of a spa resort this year. We couldn't have been more pleased, especially for our first VRBO experience! There are so many listings of homes in Sonoma Valley and a home for us needed to incorporate a reliable and responsive owner, higher end accommodations, enough space for us to not feel crowded, beautiful views of nature, proximity to town and local sights, and privacy. We found all that and more with this home. The pictures cannot do it justice, as it is even nicer than they show. It is a beautiful home with more than enough room for a large group. The views are peaceful and are everywhere you look when you are inside and outside of the house. The recreation club at the lake is within easy walking distance and has wonderful hikes and swimming. However, the expansive deck and infinity pool at the house makes it really hard to leave. The owner was very responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We took some of her recommendations for dining and were so pleased: Willie's Seafood and Catelli's are superb! We loved spending time at the house so much we didn't even go to any wineries. We loved the tastings in Geyserville though before dinner. I have no hesitation recommending this home. Our trip was far too short to enjoy it as much as we wanted to. It was hard to leave!

With panoramic views from nearly every room of the house of the Alexander Valley and Russian River, the vistas take your breath away and make our home one of our favorite places in the whole world. From swimming to wine-tasting, bike rides and great restaurants, the area provides all-day entertainment for all ages to enjoy wine country's perfect weather.
