Hermosa finca española con Casita completamente independiente ubicada en el corazón del casco antiguo de La Quinta. Gran lote de 1/2 acre, exuberante paisaje maduro. La casa cuenta con un nuevo putting green, construido a medida en Fire Pit, y un exuberante césped. La casa está a poca distancia de restaurantes, parques, tenis y golf. La ubicación es inmejorable. El área de la piscina cuenta con una barbacoa incorporada, fregadero y espacio en el mostrador. Además, hay muchas tumbonas y asientos al aire libre. Grandes rocas decorativas rodean la piscina de agua salada y el spa. Esta propiedad está completamente amueblada.

A Fantastic getaway for the family

Our family had a Fantastic time in LaQuinta. Playing in the pool, walking to the local parks, enjoying local restaurants within walking distance made our getaway a very memorable experience. Whenever we had a question about the house we made contact with our hosts and they responded quickly and with helpful suggestions or answers.

Amazing!!

We absolutely loved this home!! It is in a prefect location, literally down the street from great restaurants and quick drives to golf courses and beautiful hikes. The pool was great and the game room was so fun!! The house is so clean and spacious. We will definitely be back again!!

Wonderful La Quinta stay

Thanks to Chris we had a wonderful stay in La Quinta for a colleagues wedding. the house was a few blocks from Old Town La Quinta and shops, restaurants, brewery and coffee. That house was great for socializing as we spent 4 days there and the pool was perfect for cooling down. Would come again in a heartbeat

Our annual group of 12 have been fortunate to rent this spectacular property for about 6-7 yrs now. It is spacious. Great amenities. Terrific location and Chris is an exceptional host who has always taken care of everything. We highly recommend it and love it. We always look forward to our next stay.

Great experience

We had a great experience in La Quinta. The property manager was really communicative and was able to take care a few of the concerns we head leading up to check in. The house is much larger and more open than the pictures show and the pool was great. Easy walk to old town La Quinta. Would book again.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time with a big family plus 5 kids, 4 of them 3 and under. The fence around the pool is great for piece of mind. Chris was always very responsive. I'd definitely recommend the property to others.

Annual Old guys fraternity reunion

House is great. Well equipped Lots of fun stuff to do — pool, hot tub , ping pong, putting green, video games, etc. Location excellent - close to old town La Quinta restaurants. Owner Chris was very helpful and responsive. We hope to return again.

La Quinta bound after Maui shutdown

We know the area well and loved being near Old Town. It was extremely hot so we didn’t take many desert walks but the large pool was fantastic for all of us. By the pool you didn’t notice it was 103 It was a great family get together

Such a Beautiful Home

I can’t get over how beautiful and spacious this property is. The pictures do not do this property justice. I love how kid friendly the property is especially with the pool and yard being gated. The property manger is quick to answer any and all of your questions and I would definitely recommend this place for a nice little getaway.

Great place for a large family gathering

We rented this for our sons wedding weekend. It allowed us all to stay together as a family. One en suite has a half bath. That worked for our group. The host was ver responsive. House was spotless.

Great house with plenty of space situated close to numerous golf courses!

Really impressive property with well maintained yard, pool and casita. We had a group of 8 staying and everyone had plenty space. The fire pit in the back yard was awesome in the evenings and although we did not use the pool it was very nice with sun loungers and Barbecue. Chris was great answering a few questions that we had prior to arrival.

40th bday celebration

Overall was a nice stay. Had some hiccups and a few items that didn’t work perfectly which is disappointing when you pay the price point we did. Renter was responsive and welcomed by the property manager which was a nice touch. Was a nice quiet area but the whole no music outside law will be an issue and probably something that would have changed my venue choice had I known.

We enjoyed having Michael and his group as guests. We wish we could change the city wide ordinance concerning music outside. Unfortunately it applies to ALL vacation rentals In La Quinta. If it ever changes, then we will be the first to provide people with Bluetooth speakers to enjoy around the pool. Until then we can only abide by the rules. We hope you come back.

Annual Golfing Trip

Well kept in a quiet location that is in close proximity to restaurants and Grocery stores. The house has all the comforts of home with a nicely laid out pool and patio to hang out in and cool off on those hot lazy days. Plenty of room in the living room with comfortable couches to watch sports, if your into that:) We were a group of 14 that likes to cook our own meals and found the place had most of everything we needed. A larger fridge would have definitely worked out better for us, however we made it work by purchasing two Styrofoam coolers for water and of course for beer. Our group ranges between 14 and 20 and if we find that 14 is coming again next year, we will be definitely putting in a request to stay here again.

Truely a great resort

My family had a wonderful stay at this amazing home. When we first arrived at the property the first thing we noticed was how clean it was. As we checked out the home we were amazed how roomy the bedrooms were. The home was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The casita was a wonderful addition of sleeping space with a nice bathroom. The yard was beautifully maintained. The grounds, the palm tress were beautiful. There was a large gas fire pit that we enjoyed. There was a large pool and spa. The outdoor kitchen / bbq area added to our outside enjoyment. there was also putting green and nice comfortable outdoor furniture. The location of this home was another big plus. We could walk to restaurants and local town activities. The owners were easy to work with. We felt as though this was our own private resort. We absolutely had a wonderful stay and cant wait to come back.

Wonderful experience!

We had ten people for Thanksgiving week and the house worked perfectly for us. Though not a terribly large house, it is very efficiently laid out and proved quite roomy for all of us. The large, private yard and pool area allowed us to spread out even more. It has a very comfortable feel to it. The convenience to Old Town La Quinta is a big plus. Just a 1/2 block walk for coffee or breakfast in the morning as well as a few places for dinner within walking distance. Old Town hosted both a farmer's market and an art show during the week we were there. While we did not get to meet the owner, everything is very organized and simply enough explained to be able to let yourself in and figure out how everything works. We made a few calls to Chris with questions at the beginning of our stay and he was always available and helpful. Our deposit was refunded promptly after our stay.

Disappointed in La Quinta

In short, the pictures look much more impressive than reality. The Good Walking distance to downtown La Quinta Kitchen immunities were solid Master front room bath updated Casita very nice The fire pit is great 2nd Fridge in garage Bad This place is due for a remodel The pool and hot tub were dirty upon arrival (unusable) - (Property manager sent someone quickly to clean the hot tub) Hot tub on timer and doesn’t stay warm for duration of trip Hot tub holds 2-3 people max BBQ did not work during our stay (Nobody showed up to fix it) Strict noise ordinance - must take visiting inside at 10:00 PM or security will show up Mattresses felt like they were 30+ years old Main bath - Cold/hot water backwards Master bath - sunken shower absolutely hideous Overall, not worth the price, wouldn’t stay here again and do not recommend it.

AMAZING WEEKEND STAY!!!

We had the most incredible weekend here! This home has everything you could think of for a fantastic and relaxing weekend! It’s spacious with ample sleeping arrangements and the most beautiful landscaping, including a gorgeous pool, spa and fire pit (comfortably seats more than 10 people)! The pool and spa are gated so we felt safe having our baby play on the lovely lawn and patio. There is a putting green in the front yard we enjoyed several times! The rooms are all generously sized with cal-king beds, two queen beds and another room with twin beds. My in-laws stayed comfortably in the separate “casita” guest house with yet another wonderful cal-king bed and full bath! The sheets and linen were so soft and everything was very clean! Plenty of fresh towels inside as well as pool towels for outside. The family room was fun with a fireplace and large flat screen TV with plenty of cable channels to choose from. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook at “home.” Finally, and best of all, the owner Chris was the best! We’ve rented a lot of VRBO and AirBnB and he was by far the most approachable and accommodating owner who worked hard to make sure our stay was perfect. YAY!!! We highly recommend this super fun home and we will be back again next year!

La Quinta family trip

This is an older-style Spanish house with close proximity to neighbors some of whom post “No Short-term Rental” signs. Not a very welcoming feeling. The house appeared clean but we soon discovered cockroaches and our feet were dirty from the tile floors. The wine fridge did not work. Please note that there are 3 full and one 1/2 bathroom. There was a full bath is the master & casita but the remaining 4 bedrooms all had to share a shower. 5 adults & 2 kids sharing a bathroom was not ideal. We enjoyed the pool but thankfully we brought an easy-up for additional shade. The 2 umbrellas provided was not enough. The pool filter broke during our stay flooding water in the backyard & driveway. The manager sent a pool repairman over & we were still able to use the pool. Our family had an urgent health matter come up and I asked for a partial credit since we had to leave early, but they denied us. Overall we had a good time but would not return again.

Lynda, Thank you for your review. I'm happy to hear you had a good time during your stay. Our estate is located on nearly 1/2 an acre and is one of the larger lots in the city of La Quinta. Our neighbor’s property is located on almost 3/4 of an acre, and they are very nice people. We pay a pest company to treat the interior and exterior of the home regularly. People often confuse the Date Beetle that is more prevalent this time of year with another insect as I believe you may have.. Our housekeeper does a wonderful job and keeps the home in excellent condition. If the kids are running outside on the grass and on the cement, they will get the bottoms of their feet dirty. However, that is not from the interior Saltillo tile. We upgraded our pool filter to a High end DE Pentair unit after your stay. We added more pool umbrellas. We own the property next door, and would have been happy to bring more over if requested. Lastly, due to your 5PM check-out, your reservation was considered a full day. As requested, we're happy to offer you a credit for a future stay. We sincerely do hope you come back again.

Great Place to vacation

Plenty of room for all 12 of us. Really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire places, putting green, arcade games, ping pong table, and miscellaneous games. Living space was good. Plenty of towels for swimming and showering. Greatly appreciated access to laundry facilities. Kitchen was well stocked. Old town with restaurants and stores was in short walking distance. We highly recommend this property.

Killer location

We rented this home for the AMEX golf tournament, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. About 5 minutes from all main shops, golf clubs, restaurants. Big space and nice mountain views
