Our home is a 5-minute walk to the Balloon Fiesta shuttle / Park & Ride and Coronado Mall, a 3-minute drive to I-40, a 9-minute drive to Nob Hill, a 10-minute drive to Downtown, and a 13-minute drive to Old Town.

One of our home's nicest features is the massive private back patio, with beautiful skylights and a fantastic view. It's the perfect place to sit an unwind at the end of a long day or to get that first morning cup of coffee.
PARKING
Guests may park in either of two driveways (one in the front of the house and one in the back). There is also plenty of free on-street parking.
