Our home is a 5-minute walk to the Balloon Fiesta shuttle / Park & Ride and Coronado Mall, a 3-minute drive to I-40, a 9-minute drive to Nob Hill, a 10-minute drive to Downtown, and a 13-minute drive to Old Town.

A spacious room with a king bed, walk-in closet, and attached full bath. There is also a wall-mounted TV.

SECOND BEDROOM
A huge room with a comfortable queen bed and a walk in closet.

THIRD BEDROOM
Features a twin bed and a closet with lots of hanging space.

DINING ROOM
Large, elegant dining table which matches the hardwood floors.

LIVING ROOM

Cook up a meal in this bright well lit kitchen with large fridge, gas range, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee pot, and hot water maker for tea. There is a laundry room off of the kitchen with a washer and dryer.

BACK PATIO
One of our home's nicest features is the massive private back patio, with beautiful skylights and a fantastic view. It's the perfect place to sit an unwind at the end of a long day or to get that first morning cup of coffee.

PARKING
Guests may park in either of two driveways (one in the front of the house and one in the back). There is also plenty of free on-street parking.
