Después de un día de regreso a esquiar y ver la puesta de sol en este gran condominio de 1000 pies cuadrados.
Ubicado en Pinetree Commons, el condominio está ubicado en el bosque de pinos Ponderosa a solo 3-4 cuadras de los remontes.
El dormitorio n. ° 1 tiene una cama queen, el dormitorio n. ° 2 tiene una cama matrimonial y dos literas individuales, y el dormitorio n. ° 3 (loft) tiene una cama queen.
2 baños completos, uno arriba, uno abajo, chimenea a leña, cocina con microondas, platos, ollas y utensilios. Todo lo que necesitas está allí excepto comida.
Se permite fumar afuera en la terraza. Todas las sábanas y toallas son provistas.
El condominio se encuentra en el 3er piso con techos abovedados con cuarto de lavado en el piso inferior. El acceso al condominio desde el estacionamiento trasero es solo un tramo y media escalera.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Condo

Plenty of room, comfortable, clean, great location to ski resort. We did some great sledding right behind the condo. Great price. Highly recommend.

Great for a Friends Trip

A group of college buddies went to Angel Fire for a ski trip. The condo was conveniently located and had everything we could have wanted. George was very communicative and very easy to get in contact with. I would stay here again.

Great location and very clean!

Just the right amount of space! Wildlife came right up to the back decks! We loves how we were secluded from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to restaurants and the slopes!

Property was nice and comfortable

Considering it was in the med 40's and windy outside, the place was very warm and we had plenty of hot water for our showers. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay (towels, dishes, plenty of tv channels, ect.). The place is located about 5-10 minutes from lodge, grocery store, gas station and restaurants. I did have a one question for the owner and he responded within five minutes. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to be.

The condo is exactly like the pictures. It is on the third floor so it is quiet. We were skiing all day so it was nice to come back and get to enjoy our company without having to hear neighbors. The bedroom with the bunkbed was roomy. I was afraid it would be crowded and it was not. My teens are big guys and they had plenty of room. That make me happy. The kitchen had supplies too! That was great because it saved us a ton of money.

Ski trip

Property location was excellent. The only complaint we had is the loft tended to get too hot at night and it seemed like the heater in one of the bedrooms didn’t work too well the first night. But the living area was comfortable, kitchen had all the necessities, and the bathroom worked just fine for us adults. The parking right in front of the condo was slightly limited. But that wasn’t much of an inconvenience or issue for us. Overall it was worth it for the convenience of the ski slopes.

High Mountain Retreat

We felt so lucky to be at Pinetree Commons in April/May because we had the complex almost to ourselves: it was blissfully quiet, the internet was instant, parking was everywhere, water pressure was great. If you’re here for skiing, expect a lot of people, but the unit is fairly near the lift pick-up and currently at the end of the blocks of condos, so you get a little feel of being in the forest. It’s on the third floor with a gorgeous view into the forest behind from the bedroom balconies. It was well-furnished with substantial comfortable seating, comfy beds with plenty of warm comforters, a really well-equipped kitchen (somebody that lives here knows how to cook!), and wonderful native American and area prints giving a nice local touch to the space. The resident property manager quickly helped us through the equipment lapses, and though the clean-up crew could use a fair amount of follow-up, the cleaning issues were easily remedied, so we felt comfortable. We found it ironic in a ski-focused community that every time it snowed, we lost electricity for a few hours. Bring flashlights!! We had a little communication confusion with George thanks to our Verizon phones having no service up here. But, Angel Fire itself, which is only a few blocks away, had more than enough services for us in this “down” period, and there were many options for exploring the gorgeous wooded mountain tops, plenteous wildlife, and neighboring towns. Angel Fire is a beautiful spot.

Comfortable condo

Condo is well stocked with everything you need. Condo is 150 yards to the Bear shuttle stop or an easy 5 minute drive to ski parking. George was very kind, helpful and even called to check in on us!

George was very easy to reach! The place was awesome, very well equipped with everything you need to cook. Very clean. Would highly recommend and we will be staying again in the future.

Great property

Very comfortable condo, easy to follow instructions to get to the location, and easy check in. The cleaning company needs some guidance on cleaning. They missed the toilets, towels in the downstairs bathroom, I don’t believe the carpets had been vacuumed, and they hadn’t swept under/around furniture. I stress this is the cleaning company only. The owner was excellent in communication with me and very responsive.

Fantastic Place to Stay!

My husband, brother, and I invited two other couples with us to ski at Angel Fire. This place was perfect! Great location, and very close to the lifts. There was plenty room for the 7 of us. Highly recommended.

Fun family ski trip

The condo was comfortable and well equipped to house four adults and four children. It was close to the slopes and we had a great time skiing and sledding. The weather in Angel Fire was perfect and our accommodations added to a great family vacation!

Recent Ski trip

My family (Hubby, two teenagers and myself) Stayed here for 4 nights in Feb 2015. We had a great stay. I found this condo to be very comfortable and homey feeling. We had plenty of warm blankets and bedding. The kitchen is stocked nicely with just about anything you will need to prepare and cook a meal. The appliances are updated and nice to use. The kitchen does not have a slow cooker. This isn't a complaint just something I wanted to throw in since this is a question I asked George. The condo was very clean. This might seem silly to mention but having two teenagers and a Mom in one place all trying to get showers/baths was not a problem because of the 80 gallon water heater! This is a big deal in our house as we have a tight shower schedule due to the lack of hot water. Because our kids were at battle over the loft space Hubby and I decided to take it to end the war. There wasn't a great deal of privacy in the loft as you can view people thru the railing. I took several blankets that were at the Condo and draped them over the railing. Problem solved. We had plenty of privacy for changing clothes and getting ready to go skiing. The other two bedrooms were comfortable and private for the kids. The fire place was lovely and we were able to buy wood at Lowe's for fires. Otherwise the heater in the condo kept the place very comfortable. The condo is located in a comfortable area. It was very quiet and peaceful. The kids bought a sled at Lowe's and were able to slide around in the snow surrounding the condo. The distance to the slopes isn't bad. We chose not to walk to the slopes because it is several blocks and the return walk is mostly uphill. After a long day of skiing, wearing ski boots and toting ski's- an up hill walk for several blocks is difficult. We drove down to the parking area and were then picked up by the shuttle that drove us to the slopes. I would suggest planning for this unless you still have energy after skiing all day. The shuttle pick up location that is posted near the condo had a sign that read the shuttle no longer comes to that site so that was not an option. Several eatery options are available near the condo and just up the road. Plus the Lowe's store has an wide variety of items to purchase. You will be surprised at the stock of this little store. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Lastly,George was very prompt at refunding our deposit.Thanks George!
