This 2 bedroom loft is located in the heart of downtown TC, directly on Front St & the mouth of the Boardman River where it opens up into the West Grand Traverse Bay! You can get the best of downtown just steps out our front door with the Little Fleet & Bubba’s BBQ directly across the street & the best of West Grand Traverse Bay just out the back door as we offer brand new pontoon rentals as well. This 2 bedroom loft sleeps 6 & is one of a kind unique for downtown TC.

This is one of four downtown TC Front St lofts with this one being a 2 bedroom/1 bath loft that can sleep 6 people in beds and have up to 6 guests. With nice big bay windows you have direct sight lines right from the large dining room table for a beautiful view of the West bay where you can watch the sunset and have dinner or a drink from the dining room table. It’s hard to find many places on the water that are on Front Street that have these great views of the water in West Grand Traverse Bay. Not to mention this loft’s stunning kitchen design that utilizes high-quality cabinets, countertops, modern stainless steal appliances, proper lighting, and even gold fixtures for a beautiful interior design. With a round dining table sized just right for the space to have a good meal with friends and/or family or that’s properly sized for a mobile workspace for those that work remotely.

There are two bedrooms with their own separate ductless mini splits HVAC systems for a perfect temperature no matter what time of year with another one in the living room and kitchen/dining room. The guest bedroom is nice size with queen bed and 55” smart TV and that’s perfect for the family with kids or an extra sleeping area for your friends on the girls getaway or a guys weekend. The bathroom not only has subway tiles and glass shower doors and comes fully stocked with new clean linens as well as complimentary Essence body wash, shampoo, and lotion. We have a common area laundry room with dual washer and dryer stackable’s for those who need to wash up some laundry during their stay. Don’t forget to ask about booking one or two of our newest business tenants pontoon rentals that they keep parked just out back on our boat dock, yes that’s right we have pontoon rentals parked around back on the Boardman River that is right at the mouth of the West Bay just out our back door! This location can’t be beat for downtown TC with about fifty bars & restaurants within a short few minute walk down Front St and just a 7-8 minute walk from the popular Clinch Park Beach. Once you see this unique loft you won’t want to stay a few doors down at one of the Hotels anymore. One of our favorite spots to eat and watch live entertainment is the Little Fleet right across the street and this 2 bedroom loft has a cool view of the street and Little fleet down below from the living room windows and a stunning view of the West Bay from the dining room and Master bedroom.

Have a larger group than 6? On all weekends during the prime months of summer this 2 bedroom loft can only be rented together with the three neighboring lofts (a 3 bedroom loft that sleeps 7, a 1 bedroom loft that sleeps 4, and a studio loft that sleeps 2) as the weekends are reserved for larger groups of 15-20 people who want their own spaces but want to be with everyone at the same location. Ask to see our other listing that has all four units combined together as one.

Guests will have access to our front door with this 2 bedroom loft just upstairs and right at the top and our common area laundry room downstairs and to the right. We also have a new tentant downstairs that has a few different pontoon boat rentals that can be booked.

It doesn’t get more downtown than this location. We’re directly across from the little Fleet restaurant that has the food trucks and live bands most weekends and only a few minute walk to almost anywhere downtown.

We have a parking spot in the Hardy Parking garage just up the street or there is almost always a parking spot street side where you can pay by the hour right from your smart phone in the Park Mobile app. If you don’t see any spaces you can loop around and there’s usually almost always one to open up. When guests arrive they can double park with their flashers on to unload their luggage (just like all delivery trucks do in downtown) as long as you’re right there and don’t stay longer than 5-10 minutes. Once you unload your things your car can park overnight at the Hardy garage and take the short two minute walk back.

Beautiful and modern loft that is very nicely furnished and ultra clean. Great location in downtown Traverse City with everything in easy walking distance. Parking is 20/night at the parking structure nearby as there is no street parking in TC at night. Highly recommended!

10/10 Would Stay Again

I approached this listing with a healthy bit of skepticism because, well, it seemed to be too good to be true. But after doing some research, we decided to go for it despite it being a new listing. We couldn't be happier that we did. The location was perfect, far enough from the main strip to get away from the crowds but such an easy walk to the shops. The overnight parking was close and there was on-street parking that wasn't terribly busy. The building's shops and the few across the street created a cute little neighborhood that meant you didn't have to go down to the main blocks if you didn't want to. The property manager was very responsive to my inquiry about parking, and he provided all the information we'd need in our check-in message, before I even had to ask. The apartment itself was beautiful, newly renovated with awesome features. There were a few little things to figure out, like I'd expect with a new reno/new listing like the dishwasher being not-quite level or not knowing what some of the buttons on the in-room air conditioners did, but nothing detracted from our enjoyment. The couch and beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was pretty and clean, the kitchen had everything you'd hope for. And certainly nothing beat the amazing picture window in the dining nook that looked out over the river AND the bay. One of the highlights of each day was sipping my coffee looking at that view. 10/10, we would stay here again anytime we visit Traverse City.
