Please note our pool service comes weekly, typically Saturday am.
Day bed, 3 umbrellas, 4 pool loungers, sofa and chairs, dining table that seats 8. Outdoor bar seating around grill. Separate, additional private dining area with seating for 6, pool toys, floats and luxury pool towels.
Our hot tub is available at no cost. *Advance notice required so we have ample time to heat.

NOTE: There is a step down into the living room. Kindly watch your step.
All fireplaces except for the kitchen are for aesthetics only and not for guest use.

NO PARTIES, EVER: Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced.

OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m

MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps 8 people total, which includes the total count of adults and kids.

AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 25 years of age to book our home. We will ask for the ID used at the time of booking to be present at the time of check-in. Person booking this reservation must be on the property for the duration of the stay.

NOISE AWARE:
This home is monitored by Noise Aware. (Noise sensors don't record sounds. They monitor changes in the noise level)

SECURITY CAMERAS:
For security and insurance purposes, we have installed security cameras for monitoring the entry door, the breezeway at front of home and the exterior garage. The cameras do not monitor the interior or outdoor living areas. The cameras are not monitored during stays however recordings will be reviewed if notified of noise complaints or if undisclosed damage is discovered.

SERVICE PROVIDERS:
During your stay, you may encounter service providers who help with the maintenance and upkeep of our home. Below is the schedule.

POOL SERVICE: Saturday mornings
GARBAGE: Trash -Thursday Recycling -Tuesday
We have valet service that will take the trash down to the street and pick up the following day.
LANDSCAPE SERVICE Friday

WIFI: This is a smart house with several connected devices that will make your stay more comfortable. Wifi cannot be turned off by the guest.

This vacation rental is located in a residential neighborhood perfect for your getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

If you're lucky enough, you might just catch a glimpse of some of the incredible wildlife that graces Arizona's desert landscape. Keep your eyes peeled and your senses tuned in for the chance to witness these majestic creatures in their natural habitat.

PETS:
No pets allowed without prior approval. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $175/per pet. Unauthorized animals on the property will be fined $5,000 per violation plus any necessary deep cleaning/damage fees.
As you enjoy your stay amidst the breathtaking wildlife of the desert, don't forget about your beloved pets! With so much fascinating wildlife around, it's essential to keep a close eye on your furry companions.

PARKING:
There is garage parking as well as in the spacious driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited.

LOCAL ORDINANCES:
Local ordinances have banned all venues/parties/weddings at short term rentals. If local law enforcement officers are required the guest is responsible for any and all fines, will be evicted immediately with no refunds and you will forfeit your security deposits.

This home does not allow for any Hibachi vendors/services.

Wonderful!

This was our second visit, and our stay was wonderful! We enjoy the quiet location and beautiful scenery. This home is beautifully decorated, very clean, and well stocked. Jackie and Dawn from the management team are awesome! Great communication from them and they respond very quickly to inquiries. We feel very well taken care of by them. They make sure we are comfortable and that our needs are met. We will be returning again!

Grad weekend Las Palmas

Everybody was able to relax and feel very tranquil. During a very big event by being able to come to Las Palmas and chill . The place was beautiful and everybody was very happy. Thank you.

Best Bachelorette Weekend!!!

I can't say enough great things about our stay at this beautiful home... I wish I could give over 5 stars! It provided the best bachelorette weekend ever. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of how aesthetic and beautiful the entire property was. Every inch was perfect, with thoughtful details that made our stay unforgettable. Relaxing by the pool with drinks was one of the highlights of our weekend. The setting was so serene and picturesque, it felt like a private paradise. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy them together. The beds were the comfiest I've ever slept in!! Each night, we sank into the plush bedding and woke up refreshed and ready for more celebrations. I would 100% stay at Tranquil Hacienda again!! (Also, the steam shower in the primary bathroom was 10/10)!!

We stayed at Las Palmas the last week of December into New Years’ Day and had a great time and experience. The home is magnificent, sprawling, well decorated and furnished. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all you could need to cook a nice meal and the hosts provided coffee, and a thoughtful welcome gift of wine and chocolate. The property and views are amazing and the home is located in a quiet, high end neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and food shopping in the area. Only compliant if we had to sight one is that the one fireplace that is available for guest use (in kitchen) was hard to keep lit. Would highly recommend Las Palmas if staying in North Scottsdale and you want to be away from the crowds/traffic.
