El océano es su patio delantero en este fabuloso dos dormitorios y dos baños condominio. Literalmente EN EL AGUA se puede escuchar el océano y sentir los vientos alisios desde su balcón !! Todo lo que pueda necesitar o desear está incluido. La playa está a unos 30 segundos a pie junto a la piscina (con cascada !!)y jacuzzi, dos restaurantes, El Caribe Fish Market GOURMET) y sangría de, una hamburguesa / Pizza / sándwich 'n papas poco lugar y el mar Caribe son todos a pocos minutos de su puerta !! Y las vistas son espectaculares !!! Esto es lo que significa vivir en el Caribe tiene que ver !! El principal tiene una cama tipo y es propio baño completo, así como una reina y un baño completo en el segundo dormitorio. Usted no va a encontrar nada que le dará la sensación de estar en el océano como este condominio ..... a menos que su en un barco !!
Cocina completamente remodelada con todos los electrodomésticos y ollas y sartenes yoou'll necesita, así como una lavadora y secadora. Brind su cepillo de dientes, traje de baño y unos pantalones cortos y una camiseta y su listo para ir !! Yo soy el dueño de la propiedad y vivo y trabajo aquí en St Thomas así que si necesitas mi ayuda puedo ser al condominio en cuestión de minutos, literalmente. Si usted encuentra que usted necesita algo que no es en el condominio, yo traigo a usted !! Por favor, venga a ser mis invitados !!

Had a great time staying at this property. Great views, close to beach & pool, well stocked, clean, & spacious, and not far from Red Hook. Communication with our hosts was great. Couple of restaurants and bars on property that were very good.

This worked perfectly for us. Comfortable, safe, great location. We went there for a family wedding at the Ritz-other family stayed in the same complex so visits were an easy walk. Despite taking a charter to snorkel the kids loved going right out in Cowpet Bay the most. Great hosts, too!

Great place

We loved our stay here. The location was nice and quiet. The condo was clean and supplied amenities such as beach towels and binoculars. The owners were very helpful and made check in/out super easy! The only complaint we had was we were asked to turn the AC off each time we left. I’m not sure if this is the norm in St. Thomas, but it took a LONG time to cool the condo off each time we returned. Other than that, our stay was perfect!

Great location and accommodations!

Unit as described, great views and beach access. Kitchen a little understocked (not enough bowls/plates, knives or cooking utensils) but made it work. Overall great stay.

St Thomas Vacation

Bob and Pat are excellent hosts and the communication was great. The 2 bedroom condo is on the water with great views. It’s a short 3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The bedrooms have king beds and they were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent place to relax.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy all that island life has to offer. Have stayed here several times and always return. Pat and Bob make our stay special and are always responsive our needs.

A Little Slice of Paradise

The property was clean and well located - just a quick drive (down a curvy, skinny USVI road) to Red Hook, grocery, food, St John ferry, and entertainment options. It's an easy walk to the property pool (but bring a tote) and beach, but there are many easily drivable fabulous beach options. The beach chairs and towels provided were very welcome, as we did a lot of beach exploring. It was a great family stay!

This property is in a great location. The Beach in Cowpet Bay is wonderful. Great beach bar, plus two great restaurants located on the property, Sangria's and Caribbean Fish Market.

Ultimate Relaxation!

We have vacationed here several times and have always been impressed with this unit. Bob and Pat have managed to maintain a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Their recent changes and upgrades have enhanced that atmosphere. We plan to return soon.

Great location and even better hosts

Great condo and location. Has many accessories like snorkel gear, chairs, beach towels, etc. The hosts are incredible. The best communication I’ve ever had. Thank you!!! It’s an island so some things are not perfect so all need to understand that point wherever you stay. But you will not have these views in the most convenient places either. These hosts make you feel at home though. We were very happy with our stay.

Spectacular View - Spacious, Comfortable Condo

Bob & Pat are great hosts. The unit was exactly as pictured - spectacular view right over the water, spacious & comfortable, pool with waterfall & hot tub were great! Enjoyed Caribbean Fish Market on our first night, easy walk down the beach, good food. Watch out for the no-see-ums; we were expecting them on the beach, but they were even on the pool deck area. We loved Ocean Surfari for beach & snorkel gear, right across the street from Moe's Fresh Market (great for picking up gourmet supplies & wine). We got Senor Pizza take-out twice for an easy dinner back at the condo. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Home

What can we say? Our family will take home many fond memories of this vacation. The property was clean, large, very comfortable, and had absolutely anything we could need. Patty was in continuous contact, answered all our questions and was very accommodating. Just be careful on the roads.

Cowpet Bay Condo St Thomas

Bob and Pat were great hosts, they sent us all the information we needed to make our trip incredible. The condo was perfect, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked if you choose to cook. The best part of the condo was the incredible view from the balcony wow …wow…wow we watched the sun come up every morning, the beach on property is very nice and there are two restaurants a pool and pool bar all well appointed. We would recommend this property and plan on visiting again.

Wonderful condo and location!

We stayed here in April 2024 (two adults and two children) and had a wonderful time! The place is perfect. More than enough space and the fully stocked kitchen was great. We cooked dinner many nights and enjoyed it out on the large deck overlooking the ocean. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The condo is fully stocked with everything you would need - kitchenware, beach toys and towels, beach chairs, etc. The location was perfect as well. Just a short walk to the pool and beach. We had a lovely time and can't wait to come back!

Great experience!

Wonderful condo in quiet complex. Great location, 5 minutes from Red Hook and Food Center (grocery store); 10 minutes from Lindquist Beach; 20 minutes from Magens Bay; and approximately 25 minutes from Charlotte Amale. The condo had everything you need to be comfortable and experience the island including beach chairs, coolers for day trips, etc. Bob and Pat were helpful hosts and made our trip more enjoyable by their local knowledge. Major plus is that the rental comes with pool/spa usage at the next door Elysian Resort and means both Sangrias and Caribbean Fish Market are only a walk away for great food and drink. Highly recommend this rental!

Loved the location and view of the condo! Sitting on the balcony right at the edge of the water is so relaxing. We just used 1 bedroom closest to the water. The bed was comfortable and there electric outlets next to the bed on both sides. The curtains in the bedroom did a great job of blocking the light in the morning. We enjoyed having cable tv in this condo too! The condo had plenty of towels and beach chairs for traveling to other beaches. Pat and Bob were very easy to communicate with. The condo is spacious and has large dressers for your clothes. Walking to the beach, pool and restaurants was easy with just a few stairs. We used the propane gas grill one night and it worked great! Loved having a washer and dryer in the condo too. The condo was almost perfect and would stay here again! The condo could benefit from a few more bowls and regular glasses. There were plenty of wine and cocktail glasses though. Thank you Pat and Bob for hosting.

Wonderful condo steps from the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this condo, with a fantastic view of the ocean. It was only steps from the beach and a pool too. Communication with the owners was excellent. They came right over to help with any questions. The space was great for our family of 4. We cooked in the spacious kitchen. The bedrooms were big and comfortable. We rented a car, which is helpful to get around the island and other beaches. It is very close to Red Hook where we took the ferry to St John, which is beautiful. Highly recommend this condo and a trip to St Thomas. We will be back. Thank you Pat and Bob!

I came to the Caribbean in 1997 after having purchased a 65' Sailboat and needing a place to learn how to sail it!! Never having been here, or owning a vessel like that, I packed everything I had on the boat, came down and learned to sail her, got my Captains license and chartered the boat for 9 years out of the British Virgin Islands!! A wonderful but very challenging life style. In 2005 I sold the boat and got back in to real estate which had been my lifelong profession. I have been in St Thomas since selling the boat and am happy living on the warm ocean waters and sunny beaches. Life is good!!
This is my second Condo here in Cowpet West and I manage several others. Come on down and take some time to live the Caribbean lifestyle in this fabulous condo!! Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Having started managing this lovely condo in 2012, the owner offered me the opportunity to purchase it and I did so in 2014. It has an amazing location ON THE OCEAN and you can hear the water lapping on the shore below. One thing I didm't realize was how private the condo is!!! No one ever walks in front of you and you literally feel like your on a boat with the views from the porch!!!! It is awesome!!
