I chose Sound Sea Village in Duck, NC because it’s the perfect blend of peaceful, coastal living with just the right amount of charm. It’s a quiet, laid-back neighborhood with beautiful sound front views, so the sunsets are absolutely magical. I love how it’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to enjoy everything Duck and the Outer Banks have to offer, like the local shops, fresh seafood, and beach access. It’s a community where you can truly unwind, take in the natural beauty, and feel like you're escaping the ordinary. Plus, there’s always something to do, from kayaking on the sound to strolling along the beach. What I enjoy most is how serene and friendly the vibe is—it’s a place where you can really recharge!

Plus, I’ve made sure to keep the little touches that give it personality, like vintage decor and outdoor spaces perfect for lounging after a day at the beach. It’s the kind of place that lets you enjoy the best of both worlds, classic beach vibes with the perks of modern living.
