Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation rental was great! We had trouble with WiFi but first thing on Monday morning MexTel came and fixed the problem. We also had a few lights not working and Oceano came on Monday and fixed the problem. The sliding glass door is a big issue! It needs yo be replaced!! The curtains in the living room are discusting!Over all we really like the condo and the location is ghe best in RP!!See you next year!

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was awesome. We had 5 people and had plenty of space. It was so nice that we had 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen had most things you need and they had beach towels! Beds are comfortable, fans aren’t squeaky (I’m crazy about fans :) ) the beach is right out the back door and mannys was super close. Definitely recommend and I will be staying here again for sure.

Reviewer Comments: Hola solo gracias por todoLa localización de la casa es excelente, al igual que la privacidad para las recamaras y para entrar con los carros porque la verdad es importante para nosotros descasamos muy rico la casa está muy limpia y amplia que a eso íbamos la cocina está equipada con lo necesario para cocinar y lo mejor fue los atardeceres y amaneceres que tuvimos la oportunidad de ver las personas de la oficina fueron muy amables y cordiales (se me quedó la llave dentro de la casa , les llamé y me ayudaron muy rápido gracias por todo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, the cleaning crew had left the AC way too low, which caused the pipes to freeze slowly ,so the ac stopped working. No towels either. When we called the manager was condescending and rude , made me feel like we have done it. We come from Arizona believe me we know how to use the Ac ,who wants to go on vacation to be hot ! Plus this is our 3rd stay and we never had issue before.Not even an apology! Love the property management has to go!

Condo sleeps six but can seat about 2 in the living room. Bedroom closet doors rusted won't open and close. Walls need some care, please replace the nasty curtains. For what it cost to rent this condo I was extremely unhappy.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year in a row. Staying for 6 or more nights each stay. Very disappointed to see the same old run down couch. Couch is the only sitting in living room. Shower not useable in master bedroom due to shower head on wrong wall. Sprays water all over the floor. Microwave turntable doesn’t work. Burner light stays on stove when burners not on. Future rentals need to be advised of construction going on next door. Chimney on roof is falling down. Advise no fire inside fireplace. If furniture was updated we would stay again or refer friends. This was not worth the holiday premium we paid to stay here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a Greta place to take the family. Was about 10 doors down from mannys, and the water was out tje back door. Kids loved the tide pools, and having a 2 car garage removed all fear of damaged vehicle or theft. Neighbors and workers were all super friendly, and employees in the office on Freemont were great. Their direction were perfect and local recommendations were on point. This place would also be great for couples as one of the rooms has an out side entrance, so both couples would have privacy. We had 5 kids and this was more than enough room.
