This house was built in 2023 with every detail in mind from the beamed ceilings to the open floor plan. With plenty of space for a large group, bring your family and friends for an unforgettable getaway. Just a few moments away you’ll find Keswick Vineyards, Castle Hill Cider, Merrie Mill Farm, Barboursville Vineyards and more!

The Space:
This beautiful new home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms divided between two generous living spaces. The primary suite includes a master closet, a soaking tub where you can enjoy the view of the garden while relaxing, and a vanity where you can enjoy getting ready for a day of winery hopping. We provide each bathroom plenty of fluffy towels. In the basement you’ll find the second living room with a TV, games, and a mini foosball table for late night fun.

Sip your morning coffee on the front or back porch over looking four acres, where you’ll find cozy seating to start your day with the sounds of the country. There are roosters at the local farm, goats next door, and horses only a few doors down. Please don’t be alarmed if you hear the local hunt club on some Saturday afternoons. In the evenings, enjoy the beautiful garden and fire pit while soaking in the night sky.

Damage & Rule Violation Policy:
Guests are responsible for any damages that occur inside or outside the property during their stay. If damages are found or if house rules are violated, you will be charged accordingly.

We work directly with Afton Coach LLC. Book with us and you will receive a discount through them.
