Take a quick drive to spend the day in DE or MD beaches, or stay on premises to enjoy the many amenities, including multiple pools, *Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, nature trails and so much more.

Sip morning coffee on the screened porch, furnished with seating for 10. In the evening, dine alfresco on the deck, outfitted with table seating for 5. After a day on the beach, relax in the main living area, furnished with a sofa and three chairs. In the evenings, watch a movie on the 46-inch cable TV. The second living area is a lofted space appointed with a sofa bed, sofa, chair, and cable TV. Start the day by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for 11 or dine at either Signatures Restaurant or 38 Degrees Bar & Grille at The Point overlooking the Assawoman Bay. Additional highlights include a screened porch, deck, and spacious backyard.

Rest after a beach or pool day in the primary bedroom, furnished with a comfortable bed and 32-inch cable TV with adjoining ensuite primary bathroom configured with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and garden-style soaking tub.

Enjoy the Bayside Health & Aquatics Club with a heated 75-foot, 5-lane indoor lap pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment.

This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beaches with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities. These include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course (not included in the amenities package), 3 outdoor pools, a kids' splash zone, on-site snack and tropical bars, and a fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. There are also stocked catch & release ponds, a community pier, seasonal kayaking & paddle-boarding, nature trails, and a dog park. The Freeman Arts Pavilion Stage at Bayside hosts a full slate of summer entertainment, including performances by well known performers, and children's programming.

Linens Package Option: 
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home.  However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included.  For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property`s Maximum Overnight Occupancy

Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth

1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property`s Bed Count  

Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets.  1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets

1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

Bayside Amenities Passes

The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additionoal fee from your reservation.
Children 4 years old and under that are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to the amenities at no charge.
2025 Amenities Pass Pricing (From Jan 1 - May 15 and Sep 23 - Dec 31)

3-day pass: $40 per person 
Weekly Pass: $70 per person

 2025 Amenities Pass Pricing (From May 16 - Sep 22)

3-day pass: $65 per person

"Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email
You will receive a "Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date.  The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bayside Resort Community. Included in the email will be instructions on how to order your Bayside Amenities Passes. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.  

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring 
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space.  These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.  

Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.
