We used this as home base for three generations of family to celebrate graduating from Brown. It was the perfect comfortable space with room for us all and the best view around.

Our family just wrapped up another wonderful week at this beachfront gem in East Sandwich. This was our second stay at the property, and it reminded us why we came back - the direct beach access is unbeatable, and the house has everything a family needs for a true Cape Cod vacation.The location right on the beach meant the kids could run down to the water while we kept an eye on them. East Sandwich is perfectly positioned for day trips but quiet enough that we didn't feel like we were in the middle of tourist chaos.The house was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We're already talking about booking again for next summer.

Beautiful and spacious home right on the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous and roomy home. Access to the beach, nearby stores and much of the Cape was outstanding, amenities were great and the house was very clean and airy. Lots of space for guests with very nice outdoor spots to eat and watch the waves. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views and beach fun

This was our second time at this location. It’s a great space to accommodate a larger family. It’s close to several amenities and the best feature, the ocean, is visible from so many of the rooms. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The location on the beach is spectacular. The house is spacious and set up very well for a group. Beds are comfortable, and the house is very clean. Our 8 family members, ages 2 to 69, had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again.

Magical Experience

The house and location were everything I had dreamed of in providing a place to rest and relax for our family and friends. The accommodations were clean and spacious. The host was accommodating and available. The moment you walk into the great room and sense the sky and the water, you fall in love with the place.

So nice!

The location of this home is amazing! Very nice home but it wasn’t as clean as I would expect an “exceptional” rental to be, especially at the price. Makeup smudges on the bathroom vanity drawers, dirty stove, sticky coffee pot, dead ants in my coffee mug, dusty light fixtures….really no need for this.

Thank you for the Great Review! And I hope you come back next year as we texted about! I wish I had known about the cleaning; as manager of this magnificent property, I like to take care of problems right away! Just so you know, we have a great cleaner but she was away for few weeks for surgery and we used a substitute, but experienced cleaner, who must have overlooked some needed cleaning. Also we have treated the house for ants, as we do every year. We would love to have you back!!!

Views for days

This home is the perfect waterfront property right on East Sandwich Beach for a large group. We were there for a 3 generation family vacation and had a wonderful time. Steve was a great host and ensured we had everything we needed, including delivering air mattresses in the evening when we couldn't find them. Some tips to improve your stay are to pack water shoes or beach sandals as the beach is quite rocky. Also, I'd recommend packing a few extra pillows and blankets as the home was short on both. Otherwise, bring or rent your linens and just show up, the home has everything you'll need for a fun beach vacation. We did rent kayaks and SUPs which were a blast as well... the number was on the fridge.

Lovely location on the beach

Property is definitely close to the beach. It's a beautiful house but it needs a little lipstick. There were no screens in the windows in the living area so we could leave them open to allow the ocean air in at night There was only one window that would open in the master suite and no fans to help move the air. The other adults in the other two bedrooms and the kids in the attic space also agreed that it was warm and stuffy in the those rooms although one of them had a fan to help. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining table was wonderful and could seat 12. The beach is the greatest treasure here. So close and private but if you are looking for shells you won't find many as this is a true northern beach and the rocks are your shells on this beach.

Excellent vacation spot!

This was a beautiful property that was plenty big enough for our two families of four. We had an A/C issue at the start of the trip and the manager Steve had a handyman out and an A/C repairman there to fix them within an hour, even though it was after hours. After that, the place was blissfully cool all week. Steve was super responsive to any issues or questions we had during the week. The beach was stunning, with gentle, shallow waves that our kids loved to play in. The proximity to restaurants, museums, mini-golf, whale watching, kayaking tours, etc. made it a convenient location so we didn't have to spend the week stuck in traffic on Route 6. This is a great location for families. It's worth noting that you'll need to provide your own linens or rent them from a local company though, as sheets, kitchen and bath towels, and beach towels are not provided. I missed this detail in the listing and only found out after booking, but this slight inconvenience was worth the extra packing for such a gorgeous house and private beach. The rest of the home is very well stocked and beautifully decorated.
