Boasting 6 bedrooms and 6 full baths, this beach retreat is designed to accommodate an impressive 22 people in beds, making it the perfect setting for friends to gather or extended family to reunite. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the beach, where every moment promises relaxation and unforgettable memories.

Welcome to a coastal haven of open living, where shiplap walls, calming hues, and unique accents create a serene atmosphere. The main floor is pituresque with plenty of natural light, courtesy of large oversized windows, offering direct access to glorious views. On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom, ensuring a luxurious retreat. The second bedroom features a full over full bunk and two twin over twin bunks, providing a comfortable haven for a relaxing night's sleep.

Venture to the second floor, where an additional four bedrooms await. The third bedroom is a cozy space with three twin over twin bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom for added convenience. Bedrooms four, five, and six each offer a king-size bed, providing a touch of luxury for a restful escape. Both stories feature expansive decks overlooking the beach, equipped with lounge chairs and tables for al fresco dining or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets. The upper deck boasts a new hot tub, providing the perfect spot to unwind while overlooking the beach. This coastal retreat promises the ultimate in comfort and relaxation.

Great location with lots of room for our extended family. Beds were super comfortable and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Lots of seating inside and out.

It was a wonderful place! I only wish that the beach houses at Crystal beach would consider building more beach houses that have Queen and King beds in all rooms. Our issue was that we needed that many rooms but when you go higher in number of rooms you usually have to deal with one or two bunk rooms.We only had one small child age 8. So one couple in our family backed out of being in the same house (and rented a house on their own close by) so that two adult couples did not have to share a bunk (and even not sharing ) still at least one an adult couple had to be in a bunk room. Other than not being able to find a 6 bed w/ 6 bath w/ NO BUNK ROOM …..we had no complaints about the home, the check in or check out! The hosts were great!

This home and location exceeded all expectations!! We have spent many family vacations in the Galveston area over the years and this was, by far, the best!!! The beach is beautiful and clean and literally right in front of the home with a private walkway through the dunes. The home has a lovely shaded deck which allowed our elderly family members to enjoy watching the beach activities in comfort. Our family really enjoyed the privacy and comfort of the six bathrooms and six bedrooms. We also appreciated the freight lift for ice chests and heavy luggage. The hot tub was a great way to end the day and still enjoy the sea breeze. We will definitely come back!!!

Great house and location on Crystal Beach!New home with all new amenities. Loved that every room had a bathroom. Two refrigerators were a big plus. Cargo elevator definitely made getting everything up and down the stairs easier. Highly recommended home!

Check-in was super easy and the house was perfect for our large family group. Everyone was very pleased with the rooms and location! The kitchen was well stocked and the two refrigerators are a life-saver!We would definitely rebook this home again.

Large, awesome beach house with a few inconveniences that can be remedied easily.

Great house for a large family of 15. It's a beautiful home. Great floor plan. So nice having a bathroom in every bedroom, except for the one with bunk beds which is out in the hallway downstairs. The AC was a little warm at night, but all bedrooms have ceiling fans. The house has a fantastic ceiling fan in the family room. The only drawback is that the electrician must have messed up the electrical wiring because the bright lights have to be on in order for the fan to run.The kitchen has a nice gas stove/oven, two refrigerators, and a large pantry.The kitchen only had one dish rag. That made it a little difficult until we decided to use one of the hand towels from a bathroom. Kitchen has plenty of eating utensils, but a little short on a variety of cooking/serving utensils.The dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes, so we had to handwash them. That is a lot of dishes when washing for 15 people, three times a day when you are supposed to be on vacation. These inconveniences, however, can very easily be remedied.

beach beauty

We had a big family Christmas at Sand in my Boots and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The house is right on the beach so we could let the children go out and dig in the sand and watch them from one of two wide covered decks. There were plenty of rooms for privacy and plenty of space for gathering. It was great!

Perfect for our large family!

We absolutely loved this property. We try a new place every summer for our family vacation but nothing ever was quite right, but we will be back here! More than enough sleeping space, comfy beds, all the bathrooms and open living areas. We LOVED it being right on the beach and it’s super close to margaritaville for a fun day at a giant pool with swim up bar and food. The only things I would ask to be changed are two things and it would be perfect! -Kitchen was not well stocked for how large the home is. We didn’t make a lot of complicated things but had a lot of trouble finding the items needed. Very minimal pans, cutting boards and other things- need to be bigger and more. And then the elevator I would absolutely have a latch/chain way up high where kids can not easily open the door. An easy fix for parents feeling WAY more safe with the elevator just in case it’s left down. Besides these two things it was so great and hoping to be back next year! Thank you!

Perfect location and layout

We loved the layout. Every room had a bathroom! The porches were covered with plenty of breeze and seating. The tall chairs on the porch were amazing. Loved that we had two refrigerators and freezers. Luggage lift was an amazing addition. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed having a laundry unit. House had everything we needed including a large pantry and a large dining table - both came in handy with 12 people. The only thing missing were hangers in the closets. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Mother’s Day

I think what I loved the most was that all the rooms were quiet. Noise did not travel. 4 masters with kings were a hit and the kids loved the bunk rooms. We had high tides so not much room for beach chairs. We also loved that everyone had their own bathroom. House very well laid out and loved the built in beds.

Enjoy amazing, unobstructed views of the Gulf Shoreline from both balconies; including, sunrises every morning and listening to the waves as you wind down watching the sunset over the horizon!

The outdoor area is great for entertaining friends and family. This includes: an outdoor charcoal grill, a private outdoor shower to wash sand off, a fully fenced in yard (not pictured because it's new!) and plenty of outdoor furniture.
