VILLA VENTANA - VILLA DE LUJO ABSOLUTO - PERSONAL Y CHEF INCLUIDOS

Villa Ventana es una lujosa villa de siete dormitorios principales en tres niveles, sala de prensa, moderna villa mexicana de 11,000 pies cuadrados completada en 2007 después de dos años de construcción y acabado meticuloso, con amplias renovaciones completadas en 2019.

Villa Ventana también se puede alquilar como una configuración de villa de 4, 5 o 6 dormitorios a un precio más bajo. Desplácese hasta el final de esta descripción para ver las tarifas.

Villa Ventana se alza sobre una colina sobre el romántico distrito de Puerto Vallarta (área de la playa de Los Muertos) en Las Amapas (justo al sur del casco antiguo), con vistas expansivas y 100% sin obstáculos de todo Puerto Vallarta y toda la Bahía de Banderas y el Océano Pacífico más allá.

Villa Ventana es la segunda casa en Puerto Vallarta, propiedad y administrada por los antiguos propietarios de un lujoso resort boutique galardonado de cinco estrellas en las Islas Fiji, y como tal tienen una sólida comprensión de cómo entregar un producto de calidad. Desde cómodas camas con hilos altos, todas las sábanas de algodón, arte local e internacional de buen gusto, un terapeuta totalmente calificado (capacitado en nuestro spa Fiji) y una vista de la ciudad y el océano sin igual. Creemos que Villa Ventana es la principal villa de lujo en Puerto Vallarta para viajeros exigentes.

La entrada a Villa Ventana es desde la calle Gardenias. Cuando entras por la puerta de entrada de metal forjado de gran tamaño, pasarás por un jardín interno con una cascada de dos pisos y llegarás a un rellano con vista a la sala de estar a continuación, una gran piscina infinita climatizada y amplias vistas.

En el último piso de Villa Ventana se encuentra el primer dormitorio principal, con balcón privado envolvente, baño privado con bañera y ducha interior y exterior. Baja por la dramática escalera hacia la sala de estar con un techo abovedado de más de tres pisos, cocina gourmet de acero inoxidable y comedor formal. Las puertas de madera de gran tamaño con doble pliegue abren toda la sala de estar y el comedor a una gran terraza que envuelve todo el segundo piso. En la cubierta, hay una gran piscina infinita climatizada (solo en invierno), spa con jacuzzi, cómodos muebles italianos y una segunda sala de estar cubierta al aire libre. Este piso también cuenta con un segundo dormitorio principal completo y una sala multimedia / biblioteca con un televisor de pantalla grande conectado a un satélite internacional y un sofá de cuero que se convierte en una cama de tamaño completo si es necesario. Tenga en cuenta que todas las habitaciones tienen televisores inteligentes de pantalla plana que se conectan a Netflix.

En la planta baja de Villa Ventana hay una tercera sala de estar y gran vestíbulo con cinco dormitorios principales adicionales, cada uno con baño privado en suite y balcones con amplias vistas de la ciudad y el océano. Todas las habitaciones de la Villa tienen aire acondicionado (control remoto), y toda el agua que ingresa a la Villa pasa por un sistema de filtración y purificación de agua de última generación.

Durante su estadía en Villa Ventana, será mimado por nuestro gerente de la casa y terapeuta de spa personal, Lette, además de nuestro asistente del gerente de la casa, 2 empleadas domésticas a tiempo completo y chef y sous chef a tiempo completo. Nuestro chef está disponible para prepararle dos comidas cada día (con la excepción del domingo, a menos que sea su día de llegada o salida; de lo contrario, se puede organizar el servicio dominical por una pequeña tarifa adicional). Para la preparación de la comida, solo paga los comestibles.

Puerto Vallarta Paradise

Our stay at Villa Ventana was absolutely amazing. We were a group of 11, and the villa offers stunning views of the ocean and all of Puerto Vallarta. The property is well appointed with spacious common areas to gather as a group while also offering quiet corners and nooks to sit privately to relax, read or just take in the spectacular vista. The house staff was so attentive and accommodating and indulged all of our culinary and other requests. We all agreed this was one of our best vacations ever and we look forward to a future stay!

This could not have been a more perfect experience. We stayed here for my bachelorette with 11 girls total. It felt like pure heaven the whole time. The food was amazing. The staff was THE BEST!!!! Amazing bachelorette trip!

My group of girls and myself stayed here for my bachelorette party. We had the absolute best time. From the moment we entered the villa we were treated like royalty by the staff. The meals that were cooked for us were top notch and more than what we could have asked for. Lette was so helpful setting up our rides from the airport and coordinating all meals. The property itself is gorgeous and offers views from every single area of the home. Don’t think twice about booking this villa. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The property and staff are excellent. All our expectations were met, however we found it more than a 10 minute walk to the beach and Old Town, however this did not detract from our stay. Lette, Raphael and Eugenio were professionals, yet made us feel like they were part of our family! One of the staff experienced a life cycle event during our stay and we all celebrated the event! The meals were excellent and the housekeeping also, led by Cosafina. Ron was easy to work with and had good suggestions. Would recommend and return to this property in a heartbeat! Steve

The house is spectacular and as others have said, the pictures do not do this place justice, Letty did an amazing job coordinating everything, the service was impeccable, the margaritas and pina coladas were amazing and the food was excellent—a truly amazing and memorable weekend! A Little Piece of Paradise

This was our second stay at this gorgeous property with amazing views from the hill overlooking Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay. The recent renovations, changing an apartment into new suites, are beautiful. Our party of 9 was treated like returning royalty by Letti, Raphael, and the rest of the staff, who provide outstanding food and drink services. The villa is enormous, with beautiful shared spaces and plenty of private areas. The pool and spa tub where kept at the perfect temperature, and we spent a lot of time in them. We love Villa Ventana and highly recommend it!

This is a rare find in PV - the house and location of house was perfect.

I can’t say enough about my experience at Villa Ventana. The house is modern, updated and luxurious. The location couldn’t be more perfect. The house is perched on a hill in Amapas and offers the best views of PV. The staff was one of the best parts of my stay. Letty and staff were professional, friendly and warm. The food was always good! I also loved that the owner and staff was super responsive via email and text. If you are type A, this is THE villa for you.

A gem by the ocean

Puctures do not do Villa Ventana justice: it needs to be seen in person to be appreciated. And the staff are personable, professional, and skilled. We could not have asked for a better venue. Before we left we began planning our return. Top notch.

Amazing home, Amazing view

I couldn't have picked a better place for our large group of 14. The house very comfortable slept everyone, was in immaculate condition and THE VIEW was just amazing. In addition, the staff made us feel very welcome and were super responsive to some of our questions pre-arrival. Highly, highly recommended.

Amazing Experience!

The house was beautiful! Every bedroom had an amazing view! Lette and her staff were incredible!!! They took care of our every need and want. The food was exceptional. This was the perfect girls' getaway! We will return! I already have other friends who have booked the property for fall. I can't say enough great things about Villa Ventena! Don't hesitate - book ASAP!

We booked Villa Ventana for a 40th birthday celebration and had an amazing stay. The house comfortably sleeps 12 adults and everything you read about the house is true. It is first class quality, has amazing views, a great pool, good location, etc. The design of the house provides privacy and space for 12 people, yet also provides great common areas for socializing. The food was outstanding and Aurora the chef is their secret weapon! Aurora worked around a food allergy flawlessly and made our great stay perfect. The owner Ron is very helpful and is available by email and phone to help with any concerns. I highly recommend Villa Ventana and plan to visit again.

Viva Villa Ventana!!

It's a rare thing for something to live up to your expectations... and even rarer for it to exceed them. Villa Ventana, and more importantly, Ron, Fabian, Lette, and the rest of the staff, make for an incredible, memorable PV vacation. I planned a surprise, getaway vacation for my boyfriend a group of our friends with additional surprises along the way - and Lette and co delivered every step of the way (without ever feeling like they were in the way, might I add). In addition, a member of our group accidentally damaged some property within the home during our stay. Afterwards, Ron and Lette went out of their way to minimize expenses for us, which we are so grateful for. And finally, I must echo what reviewer Jeff said about the property... the photos do not do it justice. I will never forget walking in the door the first time. The place and the views are simply stunning. Do yourself a favor - stay at Villa Ventana - and give Lette a big hug from me!! Can't wait to go back.

PV Perfection!

Really, there is little other to say about Villa Ventana than it is a PERFECT place to stay when visiting Puerto Vallarta. The house is impeccably designed and decorated, the views are breathtaking, the staff is wonderful (and the food they prepared was amazing), and the owner Ron is very friendly and helpful. We never want to stay at a hotel again! Everyone we show our pictures to wants to make PV AND Villa Ventana their next getaway destination!

The Perfect PV Villa

This was our 4th stay at Villa Ventana. This home has the most spectacular open views of all of the bay and city. You have a beautiful view from any room or out door space. As always the food and service is spectacular. The cook is very accommodating and so nice on top of that. The staff disappears and is never in the way but available at a moments notice if you need anything. You will be left wanting nothing at the house. I will tell you the photos do not do the house justice. There is no way to experience without seeing it in person.

Enjoy Paradise

This beautiful property has been our bi annual getaway to paradise since we first discovered it a few years ago. As all other reviewers have identified, the house is spectacular, immaculately kept and supported by the most lovely and considerate staff. Lette and Aurora feel like our extended family now and cannot do enough for their guests. It is indeed a five++ star experience, comfortable and homey dispite the ability to accommodate lots of guests if needed, and has spoiled us from ever considering any other accommodation in Mexico. The location is ideal for those who love or are looking to discover PV including easy access to a wide variety of great local restaurants, a very nice beach, the Malacon, and the wonderful PV citizens. Or as we like to do - decompress by the large infinity pool and be mesmerized by the 180+ degree view of the Bay of Bandaras while whale and bird watching from this prime location. Our only reason to look forward to fall and winter this year is a trip back to Villa Ventena and will continue to do so as long as Ron, the property manager extrodinare, can accommodate us :).

Amazing place. Fantastic staff

What an amazing place. My group of friends and I celebrated a birthday at Villa Ventana. The staff took wonderful care of us and creates the most memorable week for us all. We cannot wait to return!!!
