This three-bedroom and three-bathroom retreat is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and is just a few blocks from the dreamy Gulf of Mexico beaches, and shopping and dining are easily accessible via a short walk or the Island's free trolley.

On the main living floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with Tuscan-inspired tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for two. Enjoy formal meals at the indoor or outdoor dining tables on the balcony and take advantage of the Florida weather. There is a sunken living room with two large sofas and a TV.

Walk up the stairs to the primary bedroom, with a lovely coastal flare and a fabulous private balcony with wicker seating and great views. The primary bedroom has a claw foot tub, a step-in shower stall, a bidet, and two pedestal sinks. The second bedroom is light and airy with a TV and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is perfect for younger guests, with two sets of bunk beds, and shares the hall bath with two pedestal sinks and a tub. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available, and the living room sofa turns into a sleeper sofa.

The Island is meant for getting out and exploring, whether by bike, golf cart, or even the complimentary AMI Trolley that will pick you up at various spots around the 7-mile Island. Fish with locals at the Rod-n-Reel, kayak, or paddle board the turquoise waters, eat fresh seafood from the neighboring gourmet restaurants, and soak up the Florida Sunshine. PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained and less than 40lbs. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.

PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. *1 parking space available in garage.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
