Great location for guests wanting to spend their days walking to Crystal Bridges Museum,or shredding some "Techgnar",this house has you sandwiched in the middle of All American trail system, and the entire diverse Bentonville MTB & walking trails.

The Space:
This 5 bedroom beautiful space is designed to be enjoyable and relaxing after a day of adventures! Whether it's an awesome exhibit at Crystal Bridges, a local bike race or festival, shredding the local mountain bike trails or riding it out on The Razorback Greenway that connects from Bentonville all the way to Fayetteville, this house is the perfect location and basecamp for any visitor coming to Northwest Arkansas. The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a king bed, tv, and sitting chairs. There are 3 more rooms on the ground floor. Two of the rooms have Queen beds, one has a full size bed, and 2 bathrooms between them. There are no tv's in these rooms. There is a bonus room upstairs with 2 twin beds as well as a pull-out bed. We have several games up there along with a tv and planetarium to be enjoyed at night for a unique experience.

Guest Access:
You will be able to access the entire house and yard except for 3 locked closets and 1 locked cabinet.
There is a propane grill at the property for guest use. There is an extra $15 charge for propane. Please let me know if you plan to use the grill while you're there.

The Neighborhood:
We are close to all that Downtown Bentonville and all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer. We are also very close to the Wal Mart Home Office, 8th St Market, The Momentary, The local farmers market, & great coffee shops!

Other Things to Note:
Approved pets only allowed at this property. Please reach out prior to booking if you plan to bring a pet so it can be approved. Pet fee does apply to all pets. The pet fee is $40 per pet per stay. Your pet is not allowed on furniture at any time. Your pet is required to be crated when left alone in the house. You will be fully responsible for cleaning up your pets waste out of the yard and extra fees will apply for any and damage left my your pet. I am always available to give local tips, good eats, and make your stay a memorable experience you can always look back on.

Please do keep in mind that this is a neighborhood, so although there is space between houses, please be respectful and keep the noise level to a minimum between 10pm-8am.
