At 4,200 sq ft, it’s the perfect destination for friend and family gatherings. The proximity to Lake Ann and Back 40 MTB trails makes this an ideal destination for outdoor lovers seeking relaxation and adventure. Mountain bikers can saddle up and ride out the front door to world class trails just down the street.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked closet in the laundry room, 2 locked housekeeper closets in the downstairs kitchen, an HVAC closet in the lower level and a small exterior utility shed.

Other things to note:
We have parking for (5) vehicles: 3 vehicles in the driveway plus 2 vehicles in the garage. Secure bike storage is also provided on property.

The smart TVs give you access to popular streaming services, but you will have to use your own subscriptions.

Accessibility:
We have a ramp in the garage to the house door on the main level, and a fully accessible side walkway to the lower level with a stepless back entrance. There is a shower bench on each level, toilet grab bars in the lower level bath and a low threshold shower in the main level bath.
