Designed with meticulous attention to detail, this home boasts 6000 sq feet of a fusion of modern elegance and coastal charm from the inside out. Upon entry you will be greeted by an expansive family room with an oversize dining table, setting the stage for the perfect family feast. Glass doors make up the entire back wall leading to a grand upper screened in balcony overlooking the pool, merging indoor and outdoor living. The stunning state-of-the-art kitchen features top of the line appliances, an oversized island, and a bright breakfast nook. You’ll be thrilled to be working in this kitchen enjoying the sun glistening off the Atlantic Ocean through the windows.

This main level features four of the homes’ ten bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms with stunning tile work and top of the line fixtures. There are two king bedrooms on the ocean side of the house with ‘peek a boo’ views of the Atlantic. The two additional bedrooms face the back of the home, overlooking the pool. The first features a king bed with access to the balcony. The last bedroom is the children’s escape with three bunk beds and a private bath with a tub and shower.

The second floor living area is full of light and charm. With floor to ceiling windows and cozy furniture, this friendly haven will be the perfect place to relax after a long day in the sun. The first of two balconies on this level is at the front of the house where you’ll see the gorgeous colorful morning skies and the glistening sun bouncing off the Atlantic through the trees. The other balcony at the back of the house is also screened in and will overlook the stunning pool area. On one side of the common area are two king bedrooms. The first facing the front of the house with a peak at the ocean and access to the balcony. The second bedroom also has a king bed and access to the large balcony off the living room. Both of the bedrooms have a private bathroom with large walk-in showers. The other four bedrooms are on the other side of the common area. The first bedroom is an office/bedroom with a desk and a cozy couch with a king size sleeper sofa. While this bedroom does not have a closet it will still make the perfect hideaway for a guest. The bathroom for this bedroom can also be used as the powder room for this level. The other three bedrooms on this side all feature a king bed and private bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The lower level of this home is a family paradise. Come in from a long day at the beach or golf course and relax in this fun game area featuring ping pong, shuffle board, TVs. Between the stunning pool and this hang out zone, we imagine most of the evenings will be spent in this area. The outdoor shower will make coming in from your days on the beach a breeze. The beach path is just across the street, be on the sand in under a minute! Just a couple of minute's walk from the house is the Palmetto Dunes house. Walk up for lunch or to listen to the beachside entertainers! This exquisite new home, and its location, are perfection.
