To make the most of your trip, we recommend having a car to easily travel to major attractions and enjoy shopping. If you don’t have one, we can suggest renting a vehicle or using Uber for added convenience.

Within the community, you can also enjoy pleasant walks to explore different areas, including the pool and other shared spaces, allowing you to stay active while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

No Smoking Inside: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not allowed to ensure that all guests can enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment. Please respect the quiet hours and resort rules.

Be sure to check the schedule of each resort service to make the most of your stay.



Please note: We do not provide washcloths as part of the standard linen setup. If you would like to request washcloths, they are available for an additional cost of $3 each. Fresh, unused washcloths will be delivered directly to the property upon request. Let us know in advance so we can arrange everything for your comfort!

ARRIVAL ★ FROM 4PM ★

Check-In Guidelines

Check-In Hours: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, it's not a problem. However, you must confirm your arrival time in advance so an agent can assist you with the check-in process.

Late-Night Arrivals: Guests arriving after 9:00 PM without prior notice and confirmation from our team will not be eligible for refunds or discounts. Guests are expected to follow the check-in procedures provided.

Smart Lock Access: You can enter independently using the smart lock for added convenience.

Pool Maintenance: Regular cleaning and maintenance take place once a week. Our team will visit the property and aim to complete the work with minimal disruption.

Forgotten Items: A $150 administrative fee plus shipping costs applies for the return of forgotten items. This total must be paid in advance to process the return.

Grill Usage: The use of the grill carries an additional fee.

Complimentary Supplies: Basic supplies are provided for the first few days of your stay. We recommend purchasing additional items for your comfort.
