Ya sea que esté en la ciudad para las famosas carreras de Baja California, el surf, la proximidad a la región vinícola del Valle de Guadalupe y los festivales de la vendimia o simplemente unas vacaciones escénicas explorando el sur de la frontera, MountainTop Hacienda está en la ubicación ideal.

MountainTop Hacienda, ubicada en el vecindario Bellavista (Beautiful View), es una gran escapada y brillante expresión de arquitectura de buen gusto y decoración muy por encima de Ensenada. Cada detalle de esta casa tradicional está hecho a medida con materiales extraordinarios y la artesanía. Se adapta cómodamente a 10 personas.

La residencia combina a la perfección los estilos arquitectónicos atemporales y está decorado con muebles modernos y elegantes obras de arte. Este refugio de varios niveles abarca aproximadamente 3,500 pies cuadrados y cuenta con cinco habitaciones, tres baños completos y dos medios, recreación, gimnasio y oficina. Situado a sólo 5 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad (que va abajo!) y bordeado por el espacio abierto que proporciona privacidad sin embargo, tiene vistas abiertas de la ciudad y de la bahía de abajo también.

Es realmente un refugio donde se puede desconectar por completo del mundo exterior y tener una reunión familiar fabuloso en el corazón de Ensenada; podrás 30 minutos de la región vinícola de México en el Valle de Guadalupe, donde a lo largo del año, la región acoge retiros, talleres, eventos culinarios, convenciones y conciertos al aire libre que ofrecen importantes artistas nacionales en las bodegas locales; y durante 3 semanas en agosto, la vendimia (cosecha) festival es sin parar!

Con tiempo se puede disfrutar durante todo el año, la residencia dispone de hermosas paisajismo, porches, patios y terrazas que son perfectas para el entretenimiento. Proporcionamos estacionamiento seguro fuera de la calle, TV de pantalla plana, chimenea y conexión inalámbrica a internet; una cocina gourmet y todo perfectamente colocado en magníficos gabinetes; un comedor acogedor / sala de estar está llena de elegancia y estilo. Ventanas amplían las vistas espectaculares y la puerta del patio que da a la terraza al aire libre. La parrilla es ideal para relajarse cenas si decide no salir.

Great stay!

My group enjoyed staying here and had fun using the ping pong table, enjoyed meals in the sunny backyard patio, and thought the beds were comfortable. We also really appreciated that the host Kenny went above and beyond, such as supplying water containers for our whole group, and even attempting to track down my friend's phone left behind in a taxi (I recommend taking Ubers, even if it may take longer to get one, so that your ride is tracked). Overall recommend this stay!

Birthday with a view

We rented Kenny’s home for a birthday weekend and everyone absolutely loved it. The home was beautiful, the views were stunning. Kenny went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable. Our large group was easily transported from the house to Ensenada with a short and cheap Uber.

Home away from home

We were on a fishing trip in Ensenada, rented the house last minute. Kenny was on top of it from start to finish. It was very easy to communicate. He made the whole renting process painless and easy. House was clean, well furnished. The kitchen was complete with appliances and accessories, in case you need to cook in the house. Rooms were clean, no smell. The best thing about the house was the backyard and the view of the city day or night. You might fall in love and spend you whole vacation in the backyard. Overall 5+ experience, and of course Kenny made it happen.

Stunning View of Ensenada

Kenneth is a great host, he goes out of his way to ensure your stay is comfortable. Upstairs in his home are plenty of games to entertain the kids. Ping pong, Fooseball table and more ! Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the bunk beds and the multiple to choose from :) Kenneth has his place set up for large groups of people to stay an enjoy without tripping over each other ! Dope house with amazing views

This is a great spot to stay. We had 9 people and everyone had their own beds. The view is amazing at night and really cool to wake up to. We had no issue being slightly out of town, Uber’s into the main area are like $2 each. Kenny was super accommodation as a host and will help you with anything you want. Don’t hesitate, book this place!

Fantastic Experience

Beautiful View!

Kenny was very friendly and attentive. He guided us to the home and was courteous and offered suggestions where to eat. The house was clean and comfortable. Above all, the photos do not fully depict the actual phenomenal view from this house; it’s truly majestic and peaceful. We didn’t even turned on the TV, we spent most of our time outside having coffee and cocktails. The house is in a good location near Valle de Guadalupe where we enjoyed some pretty amazing wines, cheeses and meats. It’s close do downtown where we enjoyed some souvenir shopping and dining. Above all, we still can’t get over the amazing view! Highly recommend this listing and we will be staying here again!!! Only regret, we should’ve stayed longer so we’ll fix that in our next visit. Thank you Kenny for your wonderful hospitality!

don't hesitate-book this. you will not regret it

WOW. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING. Kenny was 100% responsive, so helpful, so accommodating. I accidentally booked the whole thing at once on my credit card and he called me and talked about it and cancelled it and let me do it in 3 payments over a couple months instead. Texted me multiple times before, during, and after our stay to check in and make sure everything was great; gave suggestions for places to stop on the way down as well as in town and on the way back. He was so chill and nice and even let us have a late check out. Great person with great vibes. The house is AMAZING. The view literally took our breath away. Day and night was absolutely unbelievable. The neighborhood at the bottom of the hill does seem a little sketchy but once we were at the property we felt 100% safe and taken care of. Lots of common household supplies were left for us (shampoo, food, booze) and the house itself was super luxurious and spacious. I can't stress enough what a great presence this place brought to our trip. When you go on vacation, the place you stay can literally make or break the experience, and this added so much to our fun and our overall vibe in the house. I would love to stay here again. Master bedroom was literally the view of the city when you went to bed and woke up. THANK YOU SO MUCH KENNY!!!!!!!!

Amazing getaway house

Myself and 8 other friends rented this house for New Year's. We were blown away by all of the great amenities of the house, as well as the gorgeous view! Kenny was a fantastic host and very easy to reach. We visited Valle de Guadalupe, which was a quick 30-min drive away. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for an Ensenada or wine country getaway. We definitely plan on staying here again. Thank you, Kenny!

Best View of Ensenada!!!

What a view

Great place. Probably the best view of the city of any vacation rental. House is secure with secure parking. Able leave our motorcycles parked inside the parking area with out worry. Very clean. Everything we needed was included in the kitchen. Nice bedrooms and the master suite.....wow! What a view. Host was great and easy to get a hold of. Thank you!

Ensenada Bday Weekend

My friends and I (7 in the group) stayed in Ensenada's MountainTop Hacienda for my b-day weekend. When my group arrived in the afternoon we were blown away by the view, even though, there was an overcast. At night, the view was amazing! The Hacienda had every thing we needed to have a comfortable stay. The communication with the host was excellent. Kenny reached out to me right away with information about the Hacienda, eateries, wineries, and other helpful tips for our upcoming trip. Any questions I had Kenny would answer them right away via text/e-mail. Also, he was very nice in getting us a safe personal driver with a 12 passenger van to take us to Valle de Guadalupe where we had wine and dinner reservations. Overall our stay was fantastic! I highly recommend staying here. Enjoy!

The view is worth it

Besides the view, the best part of the house is Kenny. He is top notch, and easy to communicate with. I had my bachelor party in Ensenada and Kenny helped me talk out a few ideas I had and what would work best for us. Beyond that, the house was bigger than expected and the views were even more expansive and beautiful than the pictures represent. Had fun with the ping pong table and the wood floors made everything an easy cleanup. The big back deck and lounge area, down the stairs, gave us ample "activity" room and the fire pit, plus big back wall kept us warm and cozy at night. The ONLY thing that was tough, was the location. That's why I gave the place 4 stars. Besides taking a taxi/uber, the place is impossible to get to by foot, which is what I prefer. However if you can navigate Ensenada via Spanish, you'll be fine. The place isn't that hard to find. Just look for the radio tower!!

Great house and wonderful views

Great house with a magnificent view. Uber was definitely the way to get into town for shopping or for dinners. We had a great tour of the wine region with Kenny's friend Fernanda who managed to get a van big enough for our group of ten people and took us to Finca Altazano for one of the best lunches of our lives. We all had a great time!

Absolutely loved the house. Can't Wait to return!

Let me first say what an absolute delight it was working with Kenny the property manager. He was always prompt and professional with his communication and he was absolutely FULL of suggestions, tips and information. The house itself is absolutely stunning also and immaculately maintained. Even though we came to experience Ensenada we almost didn't want to leave the property because of how comfortable it was. We felt 100% safe and secure with our gated parking and waking up with the windows open and the birds singing was heavenly. I honestly can't say enough good things and would love to be able to come back every weekend! Will definitely book again.

Amazing!

The whole experience was amazing. Kenny was very pleasant and if you had any questions or concerns he was just a phone call or text message away. I have family in Ensenada so, when they came to visit we decided to have a barbecue outside and we were all just breath taken by the view the home had. The house was very spacious with more than enough rooms to spare. I cannot express enough how easy Kenny made the whole experience and I would definitely would recommend this home!

Great home with beautiful view - perfect jumping off point for visiting the Valle and Ensenada

First off, The house is a jewel on the hill and provides an amazing view of Ensenada. It's spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Please don't forget you are in Ensenada, so don't expect the neighborhood to look like the streets back home (some other houses and the streets are in need of lots of TLC). Remember, this is Mexico! All the locals we met were friendly and we always felt safe. We fit 4 cars in the gated parking the home provides. There is no AC in the home, which was not a problem for us even though it was warm during our visit because the evening breeze cooled the home easily. You will definitely want to drive or Uber to town, walking would be difficult and I wouldn't recommend it (but we had no problems just driving to town and it took <10 minutes). Also let me say that Kenny was just about the perfect host. From meeting us at a nearby grocery store to make sure we found the house, to arranging a private wine tour, to helping find (and coordinate) a chef to cook an amazing meal for us all at the house, he was always there when we needed him and the whole trip went perfectly smooth. I highly recommend this home for larger groups who both enjoy the finer things and can also embrace the charming rusticity that is Ensenada and the Valle.

Much Better Than The Best Hotels

Two friends and I did the Rosarito to Ensenada bike ride and because I had favorable experience with VRBO, we rented a home in Ensenada for the weekend. That turned out to be brilliant. While we were only 3, the home could easily accommodate 10 people, so we each had our own spacious suite. The home was spacious, beautiful, clean, with excellent amenities, and a world class view of Ensenada. But the piece de resistance was the property manager, Kenny. He guided us to the property, made us comfortable, provided outstanding guidance to points of interest including restaurants, and was just a classy, gracious, guy yet never intrusive on our privacy. A truly wonderful weekend. We're all planning on returning with our wives for an extended wine country trip.
