This is a Beautiful condo overlooking Lake Catherine in the Diamondhead Community. Two small decks: One off the Master bedroom and one off the great room overlooking the Lake. Fully furnished kitchen and updated appliances. This beautiful condo has 1257 square feet, totally furnished, with a small laundry room off the bathroom. One king bed and one queen bed for 2 couples retreat. This is a mom and pops kind of building. Pull up and walk straight in. Let this be your next vacation stay in Hot Springs! This condo has no WIFI available!!! And Is NOT pet friendly.

The views, cleanliness, functionality, location, and rental cost make this property one of he best vacation values in the state of Arkansas, for sure!! The freshness of the air, the sunsets, and sounds of nature are exceptional from the balcony which overlooks lake Catherine and appears to be on the same level as the surrounding ouchita mountains. You will experience a rare personal type of support renting this unit, they are genuinely kind and considerate.

Quiet

It was a quiet nice place to stay. Close to places I wanted to visit. The only thing that might need to be fixed was the sliding glass door in one of the bathrooms. It kept getting caught, when opening and closing.

What a lovely stay!

This was a quiet yet not too remote perch overlooking Lake Catherine with stunning views, wildlife, and nearby trails in the state park up the street. We were there a week and easily could have stayed another. The management company, the neighbor who helped with everything, and the locals were TOPS! It was a beautiful vacation for resting and just hanging out! Loved it!

Gorgeous view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The best part for us was the awesome view. It was so relaxing. We even got to see two eagles in a tree right below us. We would definitely go back.

Great stay

Our stay was better than expected. The views were amazing! The home was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The whole area was quiet, peaceful and relaxing with easy access to state parks nearby. Would recommend 100%!

Very relaxing getaway

We stayed at this property for almost a week while our son was at camp. It is in an extremely safe location and soooo quiet. Neighbors (residents) were very cordial. Property was clean and had a couple of little things that were in disrepair but weren’t a big deal (garbage disposal didn’t work properly and microwave handle/guest shower knob was loose). We saw deer, rabbits, squirrels, and birds. Fireworks were perfect on the 4th!!! One of the pictures can be deceiving on website as it appears that part of a large balcony downstairs is available but in actuality it is the neighbors. Place was great and would stay again.

Great stay in hot Hot Springs

The afternoon heat of the day was more than the air conditioner could handle, but not unbearable. Shades and a ceiling fan in the living room would probably help. Overall cleanliness could use attention. Owner informed me the grill was gas, but it was actually charcoal. Outside of a few minor deficiencies, we absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Needed some refreshing

This property was a beautiful and peaceful place for our family getaway. In searching, we read all the reviews and almost all of the reviews remarked at how peaceful it was. That was a big factor in our decision and this property did not disappoint. The location gives the impression of privacy and safe too (as it is gated). Just the utter serenity of the place was a big draw and we hope to be able to come back again in the fall (when it will be a little cooler, LOL).

Beauty and secured is it's name.

It was indeed a great experience, the gated community makes you feel safe and the condo was exactly spectacular. My teenage daughter couldn't get enough of the view from the balconies. We decided to visit again.

Lovely view!

Very enjoyable visit, view is lovely, place was clean. Check in was a bit difficult as there was limited lighting at the after hours box to pick up keys. Could use a second bed side table in master and some of the kitchen pans have seen better days. Nothing that impacted our great experience. Would absolutely stay again.

Incredible views!

Everything was perfect! This was our first trip to Arkansas, the kids had a blast. We went crystal mining, visited Garvan Botanical gardens (highly recommend) and went downtown. The condo views were breathtaking. All of the neighbors around us were so friendly. Would recommend to everyone!

Worth Every Penny

The pictures don't do it justice. We were thrilled with the view from the patio overlooking Lake Catherine. We even saw an eagle dive down & capture a fish. We would love to return!
