Weathertree by the Sea! 2 Bedroom/2 Full Bath plus twin pull-out Sofa off the Carolina Beach Boardwalk in a Gated Community with covered parking & elevator, pool, private beach access, right in the center of everything but private. All comforts of home have been provided! Sorry no pets. Please don’t ask. Thank you!

2 private bedrooms with full bathrooms, pull-out sofa (twin sized mattress), private balcony, and fully equipped kitchen! Pet free environment.

Elevator in building. Entire beach front condo, 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, fully equipped with washer/dryer & gated parking spaces (2-first come, first serve) under the building with parking passes provided. $100 fee for lost or not-returned parking passes. NO PETS

As your property manager, I am usually on site or less than 30 minutes away! Easily accessible via the AirBnB app or cell text ~MK Smith

Leave shoes at the door to reduce the amount of sand in the unit
No towels or clothing over balconies (outside furniture ok)
Please do not feed birds off the balcony
Please follow check-in & check-out procedures closely
Please do not boost the thermostat more than 1-2 degrees at a time
Please do not wash off make-up on towels/washcloths; only disposable wipes
Please do NOT put extremely sandy clothing or towels in washer or dryer
It is prohibitive to allow children or pets on the balcony without adult supervision at ALL TIMES!

Most importantly, PLEASE ENJOY our beloved ocean side condo. It brings us genuine joy to know you enjoyed your stay, that's our goal. We want you to return year after year.
