Fishing getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Hot water did Not work the first night and was just warm the other two nights. Condo was just overall not in the best condition.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condos are always a great place to stay in Mansfield. I stay here primarily for the boat slip and the pool. They also have a place to park your boat trailer which is very convenient. The parking lot is a bit on the limited side so try to minimize the number of vehicles you bring. If you’re docking. A boat in a slip be prepared for a four point tie off due to winds. None of these are huge issues just giving a heads up. A large group of us fish Mansfield semi frequently and many In our group stay at these condos.

Too hot too sleep not a good experience

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived to a hot condo with A/C on some type of schedule that reset to 83* every hour. No information provided for wifi or condo information. Called the number provided for Y Not no answer so I left a message the second time I called still no response until the next day. The heat was unbearable throughout the night, me and the guest were extremely upset. The following day I received a call and was informed that the information should have been posted on the wall for wifi but wasn't and they would contact the owner to check on the A/C schedule. At this point we are still in 83* heat 24 hours into the stay in Pelican Point Condo #10. I received a call back on hour later was informed that the local A/C repair company was on the way. I was informed during the call that the association reported our trailer parked in the parking lot and could we remove it. I replied that we have no trailer and the one that was referred to was blocking our designated parking putting us out as well. I let them know that someone else had a trailer there not us. The A/C repairman showed up and rescheduled the thermostat so we could cool it down to 71* if needed it worked fine next two days. The Television in living room would not work for more than 30 seconds showing a message that there was a weak or no signal resetting constantly. The kitchen faucet was broken from the underneath, it would be pulled off the sink any time you need to cut on the water. The upstairs shower door was stuck had to use two hands to open it for use. I have been a long time customer of Y Knot but will not be using them in the future. I will not recommend this unit or customer service to anyone especially friends.
