The property was in a great location easy access to beach and pool. Nice view of the water from the top balcony. We felt the house could have been cleaned much better. We had a few issues but once host was contacted the issue was resolved.

This is the second time we have stayed here. We love the house, the views are incredible, walk across the street and the private walkway to the beach, which also is not crowded. We biked to 30A and there are so many great restaurants nearby! We will be back!

Perfect stay for our family! The location was perfect- steps from the private beach access and close to town for restaurants and shops. Beautiful views from the house! It exceeded expectations- we will be back. Management company communicated extremely well!

Great view! I highly recommend! Easy access to private beach-gate right across the street. Took us 20 mins to walk to coffee, shops, etc in Rosemary beach and 5 min drive to Publix and Aldi. There were four bikes available to us, a Weber grill, newer, sturdy furnishings and well equipped kitchen with drip coffee and keurig. Very clean home

Easter Break at Cool Days

We enjoyed our stay at Cool Days in Inlet Beach. Location was very convenient to the beach and in a quiet area. Easy access to 98 to go to all of 30A.House was plenty of room for our group of 7 with nice individual bedrooms for teens, college kids and parentsCommunication was quick and easy.

Great Location

This property was perfect for our family gathering! We were so close to Rosemary and other shopping and restaurants without being in the more crowded areas. It was quiet and peaceful. We spent a lot of time on the 3rd floor covered balcony looking at the ocean. We would definitely book again.

This was an excellent house for our family of 8.. Great view of the beach from third floor balcony. 2 min walk to the beach. Hopefully we can stay again! It was perfect!!

The house was great but floors seemed a little dirty, and the location was great. We went the week school was starting and the beach was empty. Public beach was busy though. Access to 30A was easy as we went shopping in the area.

Adults Only Trip

This home is located in the perfect spot. The beach access was directly across the road so it was easy to run back to the house for lunch and to the restroom. We vacation to this area sometimes 8 times a year and this has been one of our favorite homes yet. The layout worked well for our group of 8, it was in the perfect location because we love eating at some of the restaurants in Panama City and this home was less than 15 minutes away from PCB and any of the restaurants on 30A that we enjoy. We will definitely keep this home on our list to rent again.

Absolutely PERFECT location!!!

We definitely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Kitchen was Amazing and loved using the bar stools. So very thankful for the elevator while taking in a very large and heavy suitcase to 2nd floor. The bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable. The management company was wonderful-especially Young! Only issue was the provided beach chair were in poor condition-some were rusty and broken.

We just returned from our stay at Cool Days, and I cannot say enough about the time we had! The 2-3 minute walk to the beach (which is extremely uncrowded), the very clean and modern interior of the house, the amazing views of the ocean (yes, you can hear the waves), made for an unbelievable stay for our family. The best part was, my mom got to enjoy it, too. Two years ago she had an extremely difficult spinal surgery in her mid 60’s that took a toll on her. The elevator allowed her to be able to easily go up and down the various floors and be involved. Also, the close proximity allowed her to walk out to the beach and spend the morning with us one day. Lastly, Kemp was extremely responsive. One night, we had a fuse trip (fuse box was in the garage that we didn’t have access to) and we lost power in a couple of rooms. Kemp was there by 9:00am the next morning to get it rolling! We will 100% be back at this location for multiple reasons. Thank you!
