Could not have had a better experience. The space was exactly what we needed for my son’s wedding. With a number of family all traveling in to stay we had plenty of space to spread out yet stay connected. The location was only minutes away from everything we wanted to do and our host was wonderful. Communication was excellent. Add to that a garage for parking mere feet from our door and you have an ideal property. This space was certainly a highlight of our vacation/wedding travel.

Great Location South of Denver

This townhouse was great for our visit to South Denver. It is close to lots of restaurants and activities. Property was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

This was a very nice property for our trip to Denver for our niece’s wedding celebration. It was nicely renovated and had plenty of room for our party of six adults. The host was responsive and welcoming. It was so nice to have a garage to park our two vehicles in. The location was good with restaurants and a nice big Target store nearby.

This townhouse was fantastic and ended up being in a great spot for us! It was spacious, extremely well stocked, and very well maintained. We drove a large F150 and it didn’t fit in the garage but we were able to park right outside parallel to the garage for easy parking and had no issues. If you drive anything else you’ll fit in the clean garage easily. The beds are comfortable, and the three bathrooms make it easy to share the space. Overall a great space, would recommend to anyone visiting the Denver area!

Three floors all clean and nicely decorated. Living room and master bdrm could use more lighting. Good central location, not too far away from the city or the mountains, a good neighborhood with shopping and restaurants.

Clean, roomy, and comfortable

We came to Denver for a family wedding over Memorial Day weekend. The rental was perfect as a place to relax between events. When we had some free time, it was only about 20 minutes to get downtown and the nearby area was very walkable. The four bedrooms had sizeable, comfortable beds. It would be a great place to gather a group of friends or family for a reunion.

Excellent property and location

Our stay was wonderful at this property. It was in a great area for our needs with some very good restaurants. There was plenty of room in the condo for our entire group. The only thing I would ask the host to provide is hand towels and wash cloths to be added to the list of towels provided. Overall don’t count this property out as it was fantastic! Thank you for making out trip great!

We stayed for a week and the place was perfect our us (3 adults, 2 small kids). The rooms are spacious and and the beds are comfortable. It’s also located very close to grocery shopping, restaurants and easy access to the freeway. The host is very responsive and helpful. Only note would be the 4th bedroom is in the finished basement, where there is no bathroom. So you have to go up at least one flight of stairs to use the bathroom if sleeping in that bedroom. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Great space

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for 7 adults. If you’re planning to do things in Denver just plan a 40 min drive. We were extremely happy with the house and it was very nice to have a garage for parking.

Great townhouse.

This was a great townhouse close to everything we needed. Had 4 large bedrooms with comfortable beds for my family of 5 adults. Kitchen was well stocked for the little we used it. Lovely to have a garage to pull into. Enjoyed using the pool. Nice washer and dryer too. Owner was easy to work with and very accommodating.
