Summary:

Welcome to our beautifully decorated modern home in a private and friendly family neighborhood. Enjoy two master suites with attached baths, a huge private backyard, and a walking path leading to Tollgate Creek and park, all located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Conveniently located close to Southlands Mall, this is the perfect retreat for your next getaway. Come make yourself at home and experience the best of what the area has to offer! The Space:

This spacious, comfortable home features two master suites with King beds and Roku TV, each with an attached bathroom. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bath with a tub and shower combo. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs, and the laundry room is also stocked for your convenience. Relax on the comfortable couch and enjoy all the amenities this home has to offer. We can't wait to host you!



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire house, as well as the private backyard. There are two driveway parking spaces available for your use, however, please note that there is no garage access. Trash cans on the side of the home will be taken to street and back Tues-Thurs. The home is a trilevel and there are stairs up or down to all bedrooms.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. There is a walking path right out the front door for a quick walk through the neighborhood or adventure through the wildlife preserve area and Tollgate Creek a block away.



Getting Around:

RTD light rail station is 6 miles away. RTD provides easy access to Denver Airport and other popular destinations across the Denver Metro Area.



Other Things to Note:

Our home is located in a nice, family-friendly neighborhood, and we kindly ask that guests respect our quiet hours of 9pm to 6am. Please note that marijuana is not allowed on our property. Trash cans on the side of the home will be taken to street and back Tues-Thurs. Owner may access garage using remote but will not enter home. Landscapers and owner may access outside of property for landscaping snow removal and maintenance

This is a great property. It was really clean and spacious. We loved the decor, and the house was well appointed including extras like hand soap, qtips, and cotton rounds in the bathrooms. It was great having two Master suites. The owner was easy to communicate with and checked in to be sure we didn't need anything. Check in and check out were really easy. The location is great, too. Safe and quiet. I highly recommend this property, and we would be happy to stay there again.

Great Visit to DENVER

Had a great visit to Denver and staying here was everything we wanted. It was close to everything we needed and the home was very clean. Having two master suites with king sized beds was perfect for our family! Bruce was so easy to communicate with and was a great host. If we come back to Denver to visit our nephew, we would definately stay here again. Thanks!

Absolutely hands down loved this place! The place was quiet and clean. With an autistic 13 yr old we needed something safe and quiet and this was it! Barry is great and attentive to your needs and questions. I can not say enough lovely things about the home and the host! If we ever go back I will definitely be contacting Barry!

This property was a fantastic choice for our family - super safe, quiet and near everything we needed. The entire process with Barry was super easy and the split level house is super cute. The two master suites was a huge selling point for us even though we ended up not using one of them. The house had everything we needed and the backyard is really big!! I would definitely recommend for a family or group of friends traveling together!

Home sweet home

This was way better in person than I thought. Sometimes pictures can be conceiving but Barry’s photo of his lovely home was spot on. Colorado was beautiful and his place sits right in the middle of places that my family needs. Barry was very communicative and responded efficiently and quickly. I definitely will be coming back. He was a wonderful host.

Great stay in AURORA

The property is extremely clean and neat the area was absolutely wonderful!! One master bedroom is upstairs with the ensuite. The additional bedrooms were upstairs and the other master was downstairs in the basement. It is in a nice cul-de-sac with lots of food and entertainment nearby. Our host was very attentive and checked in on us to make sure that we were okay and comfortable. I'm very picky about where my family stays and I will tell you now Don't think about it just book it!!

Multi family stay

My brother, mom and I met up at this property to attend a funeral in Centennial. The property had plenty of space and an excellent location! Bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms. Communication with the owner was excellent. This property is highly recommended!

Barry is a successful real estate professional and moved to Colorado over six years ago from Las Vegas. He continues to build his real estate business and is available to answer any real estate questions for our guests. Addy is a Colorado native and has her own business she runs from her home-office as well as her own home bakery called Addy Cakes of Colorado. When she is not working in her office, she is in the kitchen baking up something delightful. Together we enjoy the outdoors whether it's gardening, motocross, snowboarding or taking small vacations.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a walking path and wildlife reserve right out the front door. Southlands Mall, Walmart, Sam's Club, Sprouts and Safeway are only 5 minute drive away. There are many restaurants to choose from nearby including our favorite, Lazy Dog.

Denver International airport is approximately 30 minutes away and Downtown Denver is about the same without traffic. The closest main highways is E-470 which is 5 minutes away and would be the easiest route to Red Rocks or the mountains. Jumping on I-25 or I-70 is easy from this home.

This home is a great location in Colorado during any season. We've hosted business travelers, families, hikers, bike riders, snowboarders/skiers and anyone looking to explore Colorado or just needing a place to relax. Why not make this your next home away from home? We look forward to your visit.

This home is a large open floor plan with a lot of natural lighting. Located in a cul-de-sac with a large deck, and a large fenced in back yard. Quiet, clean, and friendly neighborhood.

There are two large master suites. One on the top floor and one on the lower floor. Each with a king bed, TV, and a private bathroom. The two other bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a bathroom.
