This family-friendly home features a cozy living room with comfortable sofas and a smart TV with streaming services, perfect to unwind after a long day at the beach. You can prepare your meals easily in the well-appointed eat-in kitchen equipped with modern appliances, utensils, and cookware. The kitchen also has a wet bar with a sink and an ice-making machine. You can enjoy outdoor living in the enclosed backyard with an outdoor pool, poolside loungers, and a deck with outdoor seating. You can also use the washer/dryer and central AC for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
