Welcome to a fully furnished home thoughtfully equipped with all essential supplies to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Your unique door access code will be provided 4 hours prior to arrival.

Enjoy a private room with access to the shared living room, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor patio. The home is conveniently located just 8 miles from Denver International Airport, 2 miles from Gaylord of the Rockies Resort & Convention Center, and 16 miles from downtown Denver. Nearby parks offer pleasant walking trails, and shopping, fast food, and local restaurants are just minutes away.

Step into a spacious and inviting home designed for comfort and relaxation. The living area provides ample space to unwind, while the bedrooms are carefully appointed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The home features:
• One bedroom with a king-size bed
• Two bedrooms with queen-size beds

All bedrooms are furnished with luxurious Tempur-Pedic mattresses for maximum comfort.

With 2.5 bathrooms, morning routines are easy and convenient for all guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and dining area—perfect for preparing meals or enjoying board games together. Entertainment continues outdoors with a comfortable patio seating area ideal for relaxing.

House Rules & Important Information
• Please do not move furniture
• Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum
• No more than 6 people allowed on the property at any time
• Please clean the kitchen after use
• To reduce energy use, keep curtains closed during daylight hours when possible
• Washer and dryer are available; please select appropriate settings based on load size
• No smoking
• No pets allowed
• No events, parties, or large gatherings
• Primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book
• Additional fees and taxes may apply
• Photo ID may be required at check-in
• Parking: Only one vehicle is permitted in the driveway. Any additional vehicles must be parked on the street.
• The basement and garage are not accessible to guests
• Owner resides in the basement

Pros: House was easy to access and find. Plenty of space and it was clean. Cons:Host will check cameras for every move you make outside the house. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable receiving messages from host. Host made false claims to insurance company saying I broke a chair. Unethical Cheap kitchenware and not enough for a party of 6. Only 1 TV in the entire house which is in the living room.

This was a beautifully maintained home with ample space! Very peaceful area not far from the airport and downtown Denver. Wojld love to stay again if i ever make it out to Colorado again!

This home was clean, well maintained, and overall very comfortable. The host was wonderful, easy to communicate with and pleasant. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and in a great location. So glad we chose this place. It was everything we needed while staying in Denver.

First, I'll say that the owner was very responsive and getting back to questions about the facility ahead of time. She was kind enough to let us check in a few hours early since our flight into Colorado was early. Kitchen very nice four stars living room very nice four stars where she loses one star was the bedrooms the master was excellent second bedroom. The bed was not quite as nice as the master, but it was nice. The third bedroom really needed a little work other than that the place is really nice. I would've rated 4 1/2 stars but I did not have that option losing a half star for the one bedroom bed.

Excellent property in a great neighborhood. Property manager was very communicative and friendly. House was exactly as described and had everything you would need for your stay. My family and I had a wonderful time for spring break.

Cute home

We enjoyed our stay. The home is in a busy neighbor hood, the Holiday weekend being the 4th of July, there was a lot of traffic. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The rooms had plenty of room and hangers in the closets to hang cloths. We did not have wash cloths for the bathrooms or the kitchen. The check out instructions were very easy. They had TV apps that you could watch or availability to log into your own apps. When we first arrived, the sent from air fresheners plugged into the walls a little over powering. We unplugged them while we were there. The host occupies the basement and garage while you are staying, which we had no issues with but others should know that the owner lives in the basement. One night we could hear them and smell their food. Over all a cute comfortable home for a small family.

Home was as described. It was definitely a comfortable stay. I was a little weirded in the beginning that our host Tinsae lives in basement and would be there during stay but we didn’t run into her at all. It was like if she wasn’t there. She was very responsive, polite, and helpful to our messages. She messaged is making sure everything was ok and if we needed anything to let her know. The location was great for us close to our family. Would definitely consider staying here on our next trip to Denver. We loved our stay!

Worst stay ever!

Absolutley the worst Vrbo experience EVER!!! We had no idea the property owner was activly living in the house, and made herself very present. The morning after a full day at the amusement park, we were abruptly awakened to loud drilling in the walls. She was having a door installed in the kitchen! She never even informed us. She promised to reimburse the day for the inconvenience, but never did. I have yet to recieve a penny from her. She is very dishonest and minipulative. The description stated a hot tub was available, that was one of the main reasons we chose to stay at this particular property. When we arrived we were all very disappointed to see the backyard was empty. No hot tub at all. When i asked the property manager about it she said she has hot water and a bath tub... and that was her idea of what a hot tub. The master shower doors were broken and half was missing all together. Water splashed all over every time we showered. Overall what a complete DISSAPPOINTMENT!!! If you are looking to relax and enjoy your stay... DO NOT STAY HERE!
