Bethany Bay Summer Getaway with Pool, Golf, Nature Trails-Minutes to Beach!

This CONDO IS LOCATED ON THE THIRD FLOOR. 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom condo located on the third floor. This unit is has close access to the pool, tennis courts, volleyball and playground and gym. Badges will be provided to use the amenities. This community also has a 9 hole golf course ( GOLF FEES ARE EXTRA). There is also a kayak launch (kayaks not provided) and a nature trail. Bethany Bay Resort is located 5 miles from downtown Bethany Beach. Linens, towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella is provided. There is also a propane gas grill located in the garage for use as well.

2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. One bedroom has 2 twin beds, dresser, closet, TV (streaming only). The second bedroom has full size bunk beds, dresser with 2 small closets. Bathroom has tub and shower.

WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT OUR PROPERTY
We enjoy having dinner with the family on the back deck while watching the boats go by in the distance. It's a peaceful community where we enjoy our morning walks. Our place is conveniently located near the pool and golf course. We typically will go to the beach early in the day and then head back after lunch and lounge by the pool the rest of the day.
