Enjoy some of the most spectacular water views of Indian River Bay and the bridge from the ground floor from this updated and renovated 2 BR, 2 BA condo in Bethany Bay, Ocean View.



The bedrooms include a queen bed, two twins, and a pullout queen sofa in the living room. The dining room table seats six comfortably and the well stocked kitchen overlooks the water too. The coffee pot is a Keurig only. Four beach chairs are provided for your use. Bring your bikes to enjoy the serene Bethany Bay grounds and relax at and enjoy the pools and other amenities.



The home is a 15 minute car ride to Bethany's public beach on the ocean and the home comes with beach chairs!



Bethany Bay Amenities include a 9 Hole, par 3 Golf Course (fee), Nature Trails, Adult Pool, Children's Pool, Hot Tub, Kayak/Canoe Launches, Boat Launch & Storage, 2 Tennis Courts & Pickle Ball Courts, Basketball Court, Volley Ball, and Clubhouse. Fishing and crabbing abound.



Terrific tax free outlet mall shopping, dining and family entertainment options are just minutes away in Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach, Rehoboth Beach and even Ocean City.



**Please bring your own linens and towels. To rent linens and towels we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up. Also, please bring a supply paper products for your stay. A starter set will be provided as will basic kitchen spices. The condo has all necessary cook wear, glass wear and utensils for up to 6 people.



Included with your booking are 7 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of most homes. Each day, you'll receive one pass, per activity including:

Great Stay for a family of 4

We had a delightful time at this property. It really had so many things for our family of four. The condo is in great condition and well stocked. I would absolutely recommend it for families. We will be booking again. The view is next level!

Great Bayside Retreat!

This place has everything we needed for our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer and plan to stay again next year. A 10-15 minute drive to Bethany and in a quiet bayside community. The back deck was great for meals and listening to the bay. The pool was great and plenty of space in the neighborhood for walking, biking, hiking. Our stay was only for 4 nights but wish we were staying longer. Can’t wait to go back.

Bethany Beach Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property. This was our 3rd visit at Rehoboth/Bethany area. Out of our stays at three different VRBO locations (all good), but this one was the best. We'll look for this rental again. BEAUTIFUL VIEW! Loved the enclosed porch where you could open windows and listen to the water and watch birds/boats. There was a fan that you could turn on for additional air flow, if needed. The kitchen had all we needed. We took advantage of the washer/dryer. The cable/Roku setup in the rooms was great with many options. There was a large assortment of games available in the closet. The property location was wonderful. The community provided a great space for walking with trails we used later in the evening around the golf course there. It was great to have access to the community pool. Although there were many units in the larger community, it was quiet and relaxing. The location was a short drive to Bethany Beach. There are many favorites in the area for us including Ocean View Brewing, Grotto Pizza, and Big Fish Grille. The outlets at Rehoboth are a bit further, but a must. We recommend going to the James Farm Ecological Preserve that is 1 minute away from Big Fish Grille. We've been at this Preserve several times. It's a great place to walk and takes you right up to the bay where you can walk and see interesting things. There is a kayak rental there, as well, though we haven't done. It was a lovely stay!

Beautiful condo

This is a beautiful condo. The view is amazing. The accommodations are comfortable and clean. It’s a little bit away from the busy beach areas but close enough to get there easily. We loved it!

Excellent stay

My family and I stayed at the ground floor of this townhouse the weekend of July 4th. We made the booking at the last minute and did not know what to expect but were very pleasantly surprised when we saw the place. The location is perfect - very close to Bethany Beach but away from its craziness - and very easy to find. The surroundings are beautiful and the view of the water from the porch is spectacular. The place is nice, clean, spacious and very well equipped. We loved eating at the porch while looking at the bay and some wildlife. We took advantage of the pool (although it is more suited to kids rather than adults) but could not use the tennis courts which seemed to be permanently booked by pickleball players. If you like biking, this is a great place to ride bikes. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and will definitely come back again.

Relaxing Vacation

The condo has an amazing view of the bay. It was clean and convenient to shopping and resturants . We enjoyed the pool very much and sitting on the enclosed porch and watching the boats and wildlife on the bay. I highly recommend this condo for a nice relaxing vacation.

Great place for a family vacation

It’s a very nice place for a family vacation. We love the fantastic relaxing view on Bethany beach from the property deck. A swimming pool, playground and tennis court are very close to the apartment just in several minutes walking distance. Kayaking at the bay was a great experience. The property manager, Jeremy, is very friendly and immediately responds to all questions by email or phone. We have spent three vacations in Ocean View and hope to come there again.

House was as advertised

The house was great. The location was great. We saw osprey and turtles out back in the bay. My only complaint would be the communication with the property manager. After I made the final payment I received an email with the check in process, the code for the front door and WiFi password. The day before we were to check in, we received the same email except the front door code had changed. The first one sent was incorrect but not the end of the world. The WiFi password was the same in both emails. There was also a binder with additional information located inside the house that had the same exact WiFi password. The WiFi password was not working. I contacted the property manager during business hours and left a message. I received a text back hours later saying “the WiFi code is prominently displayed on the coffee table guest book.” The next text I received said try this one. The WiFi password that was texted to me worked. Not having the correct WiFi password for a few hours is not a huge issue but I felt as though- 1) you could send accurate information to start, and 2) when I let the property manager know it’s not working he could have responded with something like “oh I’m sorry about that. Try this one instead.” I felt as though I was inconveniencing him and he didn’t want to be bother and I should have checked the prominently displayed book which also had the wrong info. When I told him that the password worked he again waited hours to respond and said thanks. Thanks for what. Letting you know you posted incorrect information.

Peaceful and What a View!

My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful! We enjoyed sitting on the deck so much, especially watching the wildlife. It is only 10 minutes from the beach/boardwalk. The place was super clean and the neighborhood was very safe and friendly. Great takeout places nearby.
