Las 60 unidades en este edificio tradicional están seguros de satisfacer a usted ya toda su familia. Cuando elija este segundo piso, condominio de 832 pies cuadrados, está seguro de disfrutar del balcón privado al que se accede desde la sala de estar, vista directa al golfo desde el dormitorio, decoración tropical moderna, televisor de pantalla plana grande, lavadora / secadora, WIFI ilimitado y gratuito. Overall pleased with the property, staff and communcation between myself and staff was seamless. Will definitely look at booking again when we are in the area again. Property was directly on the beach and in close proximity of several restaurants and stores.

Good place

Unit was neat and clean. Bring your own pots if you wish to cook. Carpets may have to be changed soon. You have to go through a bedroom to get to a bathroom. Elevator was out of order some of the time, which can’t be avoided I suppose. You have to keep track of keys and please note: the number on your key does not match the number of the unit you are staying in. May help with some confusion. Noise level was low and it was a good size. Easy to access the beach and there is a nice lounging area with barbecue pits and bench swings

Loved!

This was our 1st beach vacation. Didn’t really know what to expect. The location was amazing. It was a short walk to the beach. We hung out at balcony at night and listened to the waves. Only suggestion would be new patio furniture. The chairs were worn out and you had to look thru the railing. But we still LOVED it!

Great getaway!

Took my mother (81) and sister-in-law with me to the beach!! The condo was just as described on vrbo! The only complaint I have is that the doors, both front and back are heavy as all get out!! Other than that, it was clean, the lights were on and it was waiting for us when we got there!! We had an enjoyable visit, the beach is nice but a little to crowded for my liking, but it was Spring Break!! Definitely a family friendly place!!

OK but needs some work

The bathrooms and kitchen were updated, however, there was lots of dust and dirt around baseboards in bedrooms, living room and eating area. Cable wires hanging and sticking out of everywhere and way too many extension cords. At one point the door casing came off due to the door hinge being installed improperly and Maintenance repaired but the repair was not aesthetically pleasing. The washer/dryer unit needs upgraded. You can only wash OR dry at one time.

Misleading

The advertised king size bed in the master is NOT a king size bed. We questioned if it was even a queen size. The carpet is terribly stained. The keys that you have to stop and get and keep up with along with all your other belongings is annoying, especially when most of the other units have key pad entry. I emailed twice about the misleading bed size and no one will ever return an email.

The view was great!

The location, view and accessibility to the beach was amazing! Couldn’t ask for more. The condo was nice not fancy, beds comfortable and master shower was great. However, It wasn’t very clean. Found used water bottles under couch bed and it had used sheets on it. It’s not super kid friendly, as it has all glass kitchenware and a glass dining table. Glass and kids could be a disaster. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towel, and you own cleaner to clean up. For the right price I would stay again, but would be prepared better.

The property was PERFECT! Great access to the beach, the condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean and neat and exactly what we needed! Can’t wait to come back next year!

We had a great time! The condo was exactly as pictured and made for a comfortable place to stay. The washer and dryer were extremely small and the elevator didn’t work for part of our stay. The view made up for that, though!

This location is beautiful, right on the beach and a nice balcony. The beds are awful and in the front bedroom the AC system rattles so bad coudnt sleep.

Good view but issues with windows, shades, and dishwasher

The view was great! The condo was fine but the windows would not open so did not have the ability to hear the ocean. One window did not have a screen and one screen was ripped. The shades in the ocean side bedroom would not open so did not even have a view from there. The dishwasher was not secured so it would slide out of the cabinet when I attempted to open the door. There was debris in the floor when we got there and it appeared it had not been vacuumed. Very disappointed in the window/shade issues as it diminished the enjoyment of being ocean side.
