BlueFin Retreat villa is #1504, near everything you need for an amazing vacation (beach, lagoon pool, activities, restaurants) yet in a peaceful section of the resort for quiet, relaxing nights.

The BlueFin Retreat villa is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground- floor condo that looks over the golf course and pond. With an open layout in a comfortable setting, you will have ample room for you and your traveling companions as you enjoy all the amenities of Edgewater.

The modern kitchen is fully stocked with all you need including a full pot and an individual cup coffee maker, crock pot, pots/pans, utensils and all you need for meals and snacks. The kitchen overlooks bar and dining area with seating for 8. The living area is large with a Smart TV, plenty of comfortable seating, and access to a covered patio with seating to enjoy the starry nights and water feature of the golf course.

The master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom, ample storage and access to the patio. The second bedroom has a king bed, a Smart TV and access to the second bathroom. There are two twin rollaway beds for additional sleeping space.

Rounding out the conveniences for an ideal stay at the BlueFin Retreat are a full-sized washer and dryer and high speed fiber internet to help you stay in touch as well as provide exceptional access to streaming services via the Smart TVs.

A seasonally-heated pool is right by our villa which sleeps a max of 6. No pets or ESA allowed.

For sports and fitness, you can get your fix just steps from our villa: enjoy a round of golf on the par 3 executive 9 hole golf course, a game of tennis or pickleball on Plexicushion courts, or play some shuffle board or basketball. The Club offers a great workout at the Fitness Center, and the Pro Shop has everything you need for equipment. Note that all sport courts, golf and the fitness center require an additional fee.

The beach and all resort amenities are within walking distance or a short ride on the Resort’s complimentary tram. Just over the pedestrian bridge to the beach side, you'll find a spectacular lagoon pool, four hot tubs, Ocean's Bar & Grill, Blender's tiki bar, and Edgie's Market featuring Starbucks, ice cream and a bakery. A children’s splash pad is perfect for the kiddos and there’s even an airbrush shop for souvenir t-shirts.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.
