Seaside Serenity 1 Bed 1 Bath Condo
A cozy, comfortable and modern Galveston hideaway with two private balconies and vista of the Island along with all the amenities for your stay. Best of the East and West Ends, but away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Sleeps four with a pull out sofa in the living area downstairs and king bed upstairs in the loft area next to bathroom. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Short walk or quick drive to the beach. Washer/dryer, access to a sparkling pool. Use stairs to access the second floor condo.
Amazing 2 story condo with full kitchen, suite of full-sized appliances, everything you need in a kitchen plus living and dining spaces on first floor and bedroom, bath, walk-in closet, washer & dryer on 2nd floor, up just a few steps. There is not a privacy door for the bedroom. Sleeper sofa (full-sized sleeper sofa in living room for extra sleeping space, too! The complex allows only one vehicle per condo. You do not need to register at the front office - however - as the professional management company we are required to obtain a copy of the driver's license of each person 18 or older who will occupy the unit, as well as the year, make, model, color and license plate of the ONE vehicle that will be parked on the property. After your reservation is confirmed we will ask you for this information to be sent to us via email.
After making your reservation you will receive a link to complete our renters agreement. The only information we request differently than the booking platforms (VRBO/AirBnB) is your personal email address, the names and ages of each person who will be in the property during your stay, and your driver’s license information as well as an emergency contact should we need to reach someone on your behalf. Thank you for completing this in a timely manner so that we may send you the check-in instructions for the property you have reserved.

Galveston is a barrier island located in the Gulf of Mexico. The island is susceptible to rainstorms, thunderstorms and even a hurricane now and then. Sometimes these result in temporary power and WiFi outages. We strongly encourage our renters to consider purchasing trip interruption/cancellation protection either through the platform that you book through or some other source. My Galveston Getaway issues refunds if a governmental official issues a mandatory evacuation of the island. Unfortunately we are unable to control sunshine, temperatures and mosquitos and do not refund other than pursuant to our policy based on evacuation orders. Thank you for understanding.
For all reservations made directly through our website and through VRBO, there is a $300 security deposit “hold” required. You certainly can purchase trip cancellation/interruption coverage through those platforms as well if you so desire, this is a damage “deposit” hold. This is released once our housekeepers advise that the property has been left in the condition received with no damages occurring during your stay. This is not a charge, but a hold on the credit card on file with which the reservation is made. Should there be damages and they exceed $300 to repair or replace, you will be notified and asked to make arrangements to compensate for those items.
