I appreciate all feedback and work as swiftly as possible to respond. I did have a terrible guest experience just before this guest checked in and my cleaners worked feverishly to get the place ready. I was informed the outside mat was stained (not still dirty with food) by my cleaners and yes, there are some black stains from a bbq fire against the bbq area wall. My cleaners must’ve missed cake on a screen door that usually stays hidden. Most importantly, had the guest reached out to me at all during the stay, these problems would have been rectified immediately, as I do all problems. You can see by my reviews I work very hard to maintain a perfect experience for my guests. Nobody should hesitate to reach out if they feel their stay is anything less than a 5 star experience.
