Our property is the ideal spot if you want easy access to Florida's popular destinations. You will be close to many Natural Florida Springs. You have the best of both worlds. Cozy, quiet country setting. We enjoyed our visit, the fire pit, outdoor games and the black stone grill added to the experience. The hist left us fresh eggs and my grandson enjoyed feeding the chickens that feee range on the property. My family will definitely stay again if available.

Overall, the RV has everything you may need, it was clean and well equipped. Oh.. just about 10 minutes or less from Alexander Spring. The chickens always came for their snacks, that was so funny! By the way, thank you for the eggs!!! :) We could watch deer, tortoises there in the property. The griddle is so convenient. We really enjoyed our stay. There is a Dollar general in less than a half mile and other businesses; which is so necessary too. Definitely, we'll book this again in summer hopefully.

Property owners were amazing and very kind! We had an absolute blast visiting shops in local Mount Dora which was only a few minutes away. Best part was how quaint and safe the area was with the RV, and it came with friendly little hosts (chickens) that we had a lot of fun feeding every morning. Definitely would come back, the space was so cozy and quiet and exactly what we wanted on our private staycation.

Chickens and more!

My son loved seeing and feeding the chickens. The camper is comfortable and spacious. Feel away from it all while enjoying modern conveniences.

Enjoyable stay in Altoona

The facility was clean and peaceful. The chickens were fun and entertaining. The owners left a basket of the best eggs for us to try; they were so good that we ended up purchasing a couple of dozen to bring home. The only bad thing was that the bed was very uncomfortable; I could not sleep on it.

Kids loved the chickens and the farm atmosphere. Very close to Ocala. Unique experience. Not many restaurants nearby, but they had a nice kitchen, and we were prepared to cook our meaks

Great little camper.

Me and my wife stayed in this camper for a couple nights and enjoyed it very much. Everything was clean and organized, and it is sitting in a private location. The bed was soft and not comfortable for myself but my wife really liked it so it’s mostly a personal preference.

Quiet stay in the country

The location of the RV is tucked away in a nice area at the end of a country street. The rv is just as it's listed. It has all the amenities needed. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning will keep you comfortable in the FL heat and humidity. The bathroom is small but to be expected. There is a large tv to enjoy a movie, plenty of board games and card games as well. It's a tiny house with plenty of space! The host (Anita) provided clear directions and instructions. She checked on us shortly after we arrived and told us to contact her if we needed anything. If you want to explore the area other than the springs, Mount Dora is less than a half hour away, south on 19th off of 441. Fifth Avenue Streatery (an outdoor renovated gas station) is a local joint away from busy Donnelly Streeet and Allyson's back shop in the heart on 4th Ave are worth a visit. If you're in town on a Sunday, there is a farmers market at Sunset Park. Try home cooked Asian food, fresh vegetables and eggs from the couple on 4th Ave as well as the gentlemen selling the beautiful handmade soaps in the small park area.

Wonderful RV Experience

Location is very near Alexander Springs which was our destination. Usually we have to drive 2 hours to get in line for the springs but this overnight stay gave us the chance to sleep in! The RV was clean and decorated perfectly to give a cozy feel at home vibe. Plenty of towels, blankets/linens and kitchen needs to make a meal. Covered open tenting over the fire pit allowed for an enjoyable evening keeping out the bugs. Host had outdoor games for kids and indoor books, games and two TV's for entertainment. For an added bonus there where sweet chickens on the property. My boys enjoyed feeding them the food provided by the host. Everything was perfect!
