- If you are over 6' tall, you will hit the roof if you go to the upstairs area of the loft, the ceiling is 6' high upstairs.
- Location is very lively and you will see people constantly.
- Floors have a bare cement finish that has cement stains that look like dust when you walk on them barefoot, please be assured we do our best to keep the place 100% clean.

if you sneak in a dog there's a fee of $50. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• If your dog has a barking tendency when left alone we kindly ask that you bring them with you when leaving the loft as we do have other guests in the building
• Pet must be ON leash at ALL times when outside of the home
• Pet must NEVER be left unattended on the patio
• Pets are NOT allowed on beds or furniture at anytime
• Pet feces must be cleaned after. If there is any poop left inside, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $50
• Pet cannot be washed or bathed in tubs or sinks
• FEES: Pet urinating indoors will result in a $100 floor disinfecting fee
• FEES: Pet showered in bath or sinks will result in a $200 fee
• FEES: Pet hairs found on sheets or furniture will result in a $100 cleaning fee
• Please follow check-in and out instructions
• You must CLIMB a ladder to reach one of the sleeping areas of this loft. You are free to use and climb the ladder but please know it is at your own risk. This area is not for children, elderly, or those with physical and/or medical restrictions or special needs. It is not recommended to use for those under the influence. We cannot be held liable for any injuries or accidents sustained.
• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property or building.
• Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
• Parties are allowed for a maximum of 10 people only and visitors that aren't included are only allowed to stay until 10 PM, otherwise, we will charge $20/guest/night.
• No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
• Be very careful when climbing the ladder to get on top of the loft. Please re-read the sentence above!
• Any Fees charged/collected before/during the reservation is non-refundable
• Mail services are not available.
