While the home is part of a side-by-side property, nothing is shared — you'll have your own private entrance, driveway, fenced yard, secure garage, and full access to all amenities shown in the listing. Keyless entry gives your family the freedom to check in anytime after 4 PM with no keys to worry about, and our team is always just a message away if you need anything before, during, or after your stay.

‣ Damage Protection Every stay is protected through our partnership with Truví, which includes automated screening and damage coverage — no action needed on your part. We ask all guests to treat the space with care; any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged back through this program.
‣ Rental agreement A brief rental agreement confirms you've reviewed our house rules and terms, helping ensure all stays are safe, respectful, and covered. This must be completed before your check-in instructions and door code are released.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT · We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to our cleaning schedule, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours' notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren't always possible. If the suite is ready sooner, we'll let you know!
LOST ITEMS · We are not responsible for items left behind. If you think you've forgotten something, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help. A retrieval or shipping fee may apply.
MAIL & PACKAGES · Please do not use the property address for mail or package deliveries. We are not responsible for any items received at the property during or after your stay.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS · We do our best to ensure everything is in working order before your arrival. If something comes up during your stay, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly.
ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE · There is a small nightly fee for each guest beyond 2. This helps cover extra supplies, cleaning, and general wear. If you're booking for more than 2 guests, this fee is already reflected in your nightly rate — no extra charges will be added after booking. · All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) for a total of 11%.
CANCELLATIONS ‣ We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or travel disruptions.
GUEST SCREENING · Profiles under 4 stars cannot use instant booking and may be cancelled if auto-approved. New profiles without reviews are manually reviewed and may require additional screening before confirmation.

We came to Edmonton for family trip
It was a great 5 night stay, was awesome to have the washer and dryer, made my life so much easier with all the clothes shopping that we did. The place was clean, beds were comfy and it was a spacious stay. It was nice to have dishes, pots and pans to use while we stayed. Will definitely book with you again in the future. Thank you for the comfy stay.

This property was very clean and appropriate for our conditions as we were attending two different functions in Edmonton so it was in between Saint Albert and Bonnie Doone, also very accommodating
as we had some family in area that was able to visit and enjoy company together in evenings

No living room area. All 4 bdrms had its own bathroom which was great. But if we had a visitor, they used the bathroom in the main floor bedroom. There was not enough cupboard space & the top cupboards were too high to reach. The neighbors had visitors knocking loudly after 2am, but they didnt bother us. We had a lot of towels so that was nice. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
